Induction:
(Take a few deep breaths, feel the weight of your body on the chair or bed, and allow your eyes to gently close)
“Welcome to this peaceful and relaxing journey. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow any tension or stress to leave your body. Feel your body relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes. As you breathe in, imagine fresh, calming air filling your lungs, and as you breathe out, imagine any worries or doubts leaving your body.
Allow yourself to let go of any thoughts or concerns, and simply focus on the sound of my voice. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more at peace. You are safe, you are supported, and you are exactly where you need to be.”
Deepening:
“Now, imagine yourself standing at the edge of a peaceful lake on a beautiful summer day. The sun is shining down on you, warming your skin, and the sound of the water lapping against the shore is soothing and calming. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more at peace.
As you gaze out at the lake, notice how the water reflects the beauty of nature around you. Notice the trees, the flowers, and the sky above. Allow yourself to feel a sense of connection to this peaceful scene, and allow yourself to let go of any remaining tension or stress.
You are now in a state of deep relaxation, where your mind is open and receptive to positive suggestions. Allow yourself to receive these suggestions, and integrate them into your subconscious mind.”
Script:
“Imagine that you have a wise and compassionate guide within you, who has always been there to support and guide you. This guide is your internal validation, and it is always available to you, whenever you need it.
Allow yourself to connect with this guide, and imagine it speaking to you in a gentle, loving voice. What does it say to you? What words of encouragement and support does it offer?
As you listen to this inner guide, allow yourself to feel a sense of trust and confidence. Know that this guide is always with you, always supporting and guiding you, and always available to offer you wisdom and guidance.
Imagine that you are making decisions, and this inner guide is whispering words of wisdom in your ear. You feel confident, you feel capable, and you feel trusting of yourself and your abilities.
As you go about your day, imagine that this inner guide is always with you, always guiding you and supporting you. You feel a sense of inner peace, a sense of self-trust, and a sense of confidence in your abilities.
You are no longer seeking validation from outside sources, because you know that your inner guide is always there to support and guide you. You feel free, you feel empowered, and you feel at peace with yourself and your decisions.”
Closing:
“Take a moment to notice how you feel right now. Notice the sense of calm, the sense of confidence, and the sense of trust in yourself. Know that this feeling can stay with you, long after this session is over.
