Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, say to yourself, ‘I am relaxed, I am calm, I am open to positive change.'”

“Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, serene garden. Notice the vibrant colors, the gentle breeze, and the soothing sounds of nature. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more at peace.
