- POPIA-aware handling of client contact details
- Community participation that never offers individual clinical advice
How approval works
From application to live profile
Complete your application
Share identity, photo, bio, specialities, fees, formats, qualifications and credential documents, plus safeguarding declarations.
Gerald reviews
Applications appear in the admin dashboard. You receive an email when your status changes.
Go live & manage your diary
Once approved, your profile is public. Set working hours, manage bookings and update your profile from your therapist dashboard.

Who can apply?
Qualified hypnotherapy practitioners who practise complementary care in South Africa (online and/or in person). You will share credentials for Gerald to review before approval.
Who approves applications?
Gerald Crawford, founder of Hypnotherapy Center, reviews every application. He may approve, decline, or request additional information.
Does the platform take payments?
Not in this version. You set and display your own fees. Clients book through the platform and arrange payment with you offline.
What will clients see?
An approved public profile with your photo, bio, specialities, formats, fee guidance and booking button — listed in the therapist directory alongside Gerald.
