This is similar to feeling it real but also empowers you to maintain the feeling of already having it after your creative visualization session as you go about your day. The instruction for prayer from Mark 11:24 in the Bible is very clear on this: “What things soever you ask for when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them”. This is not about wishful thinking or lying to yourself. It is about having the kind of faith that is the “evidence of things not seen” based on your understanding of the conscious creation process.

Here is a hypnotherapy script to help you believe you already have it all:

Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll discover the power of believing you already have it all. Get comfortable, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax. Feel the weight of your body sinking into the mattress, supported and cradled by the gentle embrace of gravity.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading down into a deeper state of relaxation. With each breath, take a step down, feeling your body relax, your mind calm, and your spirit soothe.

Imagine a warm, soothing mist filling the room, seeping into your pores, and calming your nervous system. As you inhale, imagine this mist filling your lungs, and as you exhale, imagine any tension, any stress, any anxiety leaving your body.

Now, bring your attention to your toes. Yes, your toes. Feel them relax, feel them release any tension, any stress. As you exhale, imagine any remaining tension melting away, like snowflakes dissolving on warm skin.

Work your way up through your body, releasing any remaining tension, any stress, any anxiety. Allow your legs, your hips, your back, your shoulders, your arms, your hands, your neck, your jaw, and your face to completely relax.

You are now in a deep state of relaxation, ready to believe you already have it all.”

Believing

“Imagine yourself standing in a space where you already have everything you’ve ever wanted. See yourself surrounded by abundance, prosperity, and joy.

As you breathe in, imagine the feeling of already having it all filling your entire being. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this feeling, to fully believe that you already have everything you need.

Notice the sense of confidence, the sense of self-trust, and the sense of empowerment that comes with believing you already have it all.

Repeat the phrase ‘I already have it all, I am enough, I am worthy’ to yourself, allowing the words to resonate deep within your being.
