Deepening

“Now, imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light travels through your body, it relaxes each muscle, quieting your mind and calming your emotions.

With each breath, this light grows stronger, filling you with a sense of peace and tranquility. You feel your eyelids growing heavy, your shoulders releasing, and your heart rate slowing. You’re becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more serene with each passing moment.

“Imagine yourself in a situation where you’ve experienced rejection or disappointment. It could be a past relationship, a job interview, or a personal goal.

As you visualize this scenario, notice how you feel. Do you feel sad, angry, or frustrated? Allow yourself to fully immerse in this feeling, and then take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine any negative emotions leaving your body.

Now, imagine yourself coping with the rejection in a healthy and constructive way. You’re feeling a sense of acceptance, understanding, and self-compassion. You’re reminding yourself that rejection is a normal part of life, and that it doesn’t define your worth or value.

Repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am strong, I am resilient, I can handle rejection.'”

Empowerment

“Imagine a sense of confidence and empowerment growing within you. You’re aware of your strengths, your accomplishments, and your positive qualities. You know that you can cope with rejection and come out stronger on the other side.

As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am capable, I am worthy, I will bounce back from rejection.’ Allow these words to fill you with confidence and empowerment.
