Your feelings bring what you are imagining to life. To ‘feel it real’ does not mean to experience extreme emotions.

Ask yourself, how would I feel if I already had what I wanted? When you already have something, then having it feels like the most natural thing in the world to you. This is the ideal feeling for feeling it real!

Here is a hypnotherapy script to help you feel like your desires are real:
Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll discover the power of feeling like your desires are real. Get comfortable, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax. Feel the weight of your body sinking into the mattress, supported and cradled by the gentle embrace of gravity.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading down into a deeper state of relaxation. With each breath, take a step down, feeling your body relax, your mind calm, and your spirit soothe.

As you descend, repeat the phrase ‘I am relaxed, I am calm, I am at peace’ to yourself, allowing the words to sink deep into your subconscious.

Now, imagine yourself at the bottom of the staircase, surrounded by a warm, comforting light. This is your sanctuary, your place of deep relaxation. Allow yourself to settle in, feeling safe, supported, and at ease.”

Deepening

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your eyelids to grow heavy, like weights are attached to them. Feel them droop, feel them close, and as they do, allow your entire body to relax even further.

Imagine a warm, soothing mist filling the room, seeping into your pores, and calming your nervous system. As you inhale, imagine this mist filling your lungs, and as you exhale, imagine any tension, any stress, any anxiety leaving your body.

Now, bring your attention to your toes. Yes, your toes. Feel them relax, feel them release any tension, any stress. As you exhale, imagine any remaining tension melting away, like snowflakes dissolving on warm skin.

Work your way up through your body, releasing any remaining tension, any stress, any anxiety. Allow your legs, your hips, your back, your shoulders, your arms, your hands, your neck, your jaw, and your face to completely relax.

You are now in a deep state of relaxation, ready to imagine your desires as real.”

Feeling It

“Imagine yourself standing in a space where your desires are already real. See yourself in a scenario where your dreams have come true, where your goals have been achieved.

As you breathe in, imagine the feelings of excitement, joy, and fulfillment filling your entire being. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this scenario, to fully feel like it’s real.

Notice the sights, the sounds, the smells, the tastes, and the textures of this space. Allow yourself to fully engage with your senses, to fully experience the reality of your desires.

Repeat the phrase ‘This is real, I feel it, I am it’ to yourself, allowing the words to resonate deep within your being.

As you exhale, imagine any doubts, any fears, any worries dissolving into the background, leaving you with a sense of confidence, a sense of self-trust, and a sense of empowerment.”

Empowerment

“Now, imagine yourself taking a step forward, into the reality of your desires. See yourself fully embodying the confidence, the self-trust, and the empowerment that comes with feeling like your desires are real.

As you breathe in, imagine the energy of your desires filling your entire being, guiding you towards taking action, towards making your dreams a reality.

Repeat the phrase ‘I am capable, I am worthy, I am deserving’ to yourself, allowing the words to resonate deep within your being.

Remember, your desires are real when you feel them. Trust in yourself, trust in your abilities, and know that you are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to.”

Awakening

“When you are ready to awaken, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly open your eyes. Notice how you feel, notice the sense of confidence, the sense of empowerment, and the sense of excitement that fills your being.

Remember, the power to manifest your desires lies within you. Trust in yourself, trust in your abilities, and know that you are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to.”
