With each breath, this light grows stronger, filling you with a sense of peace and tranquility. You feel your eyelids growing heavy, your shoulders releasing, and your heart rate slowing. You’re becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more serene with each passing moment.
Allow yourself to let go of any thoughts or worries, and simply focus on the sensation of this peaceful light filling your body.”
Visualization
“Imagine yourself in a romantic, intimate setting with your partner. You’re feeling comfortable, relaxed, and connected. Notice how you feel. Do you feel happy, content, and fulfilled? Allow yourself to fully immerse in this feeling, and then take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine any anxiety, fear, or frigidity leaving your body.
Now, imagine yourself feeling confident and comfortable in your sexuality. You’re able to express your desires, needs, and boundaries with ease. You’re building intimacy, trust, and connection with your partner.
Repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am worthy of pleasure, I am comfortable with intimacy, and I trust myself to express my desires and needs.'”
Empowerment
“Imagine a sense of confidence and empowerment growing within you. You’re aware of your strengths, your accomplishments, and your positive qualities. You know that you deserve a healthy, fulfilling sex life.
As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am worthy of pleasure, I am comfortable with intimacy, and I trust myself to express my desires and needs.’ Allow these words to fill you with confidence and empowerment.

2… You’re aware of your breath, slow and steady, filling you with tranquility.
3… Your thoughts are clear, your emotions are balanced, and your spirit is confident.
4… You feel connected to yourself, to your partner, and to the world around you.
5… When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a deep breath in, carrying this sense of confidence and empowerment with you into your daily life.”
Remember, the goal of this script is to guide the client into a state of deep relaxation, where they can access their subconscious mind and develop the confidence and empowerment to overcome frigidity and cultivate a healthy, fulfilling sex life.
