“Imagine yourself walking along a winding path, feeling the soft earth beneath your feet. With each step, allow yourself to relax further, feeling your body and mind becoming more centered, more grounded.
As you walk, notice the sensation of your feet touching the ground. Feel the weight of your body distributed evenly, the sensation of your feet connecting with the earth. Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet, deep into the earth, anchoring you in stability and calmness.
You are now in a state of deep relaxation, where your mind is open and receptive to positive suggestions. Allow yourself to let go of any critical thoughts, and simply be present in this moment, trusting in the wisdom of your inner self.”
