Induction

Repeat the following phrases to yourself, allowing the words to sink deeply into your mind:

“I am calm and relaxed.”

“I am open to positive change.”

“I am ready to access my Inner Truth of Helpfulness.”

Accessing the Inner Truth of Helpfulness

Imagine a door in front of you, with a sign that reads “Inner Truth of Helpfulness.” As you approach the door, it slowly opens, revealing a warm and nurturing space.

Inside this space, you find a wise and compassionate version of yourself. This version of yourself is filled with kindness, empathy, and a deep desire to help others.

Imagine this wise and compassionate version of yourself speaking to you in a gentle, reassuring voice. Listen to the words, and allow them to sink deeply into your mind:

“You have the power to make a positive impact on the world. Your presence, your words, and your actions can bring joy, comfort, and support to those around you. Trust in your ability to help others, and know that you are making a difference.

Remember, helpfulness is not just about grand gestures; it’s about the small, everyday acts of kindness that can bring a smile to someone’s face. It’s about being present, listening, and offering a helping hand.
