Week 4:

“Imagine yourself maintaining progress and preventing relapse, with a strong sense of self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-forgiveness. See yourself continuing to practice healthy relationships, maintaining a consistent self-care routine, and repeating to yourself, ‘I am in control, and I trust myself to maintain my progress and prevent relapse.'”

Additional Techniques:
