Mind Reset with Hypnotherapy

You are in control of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. You have the power to choose how you react, how you feel, and how you think.

Here is a sample script for a “Mind Reset with Hypnotherapy” session:

Induction

(Soothing music starts playing. The hypnotherapist’s calm and gentle voice guides the listener into a relaxed state.)

Hypnotherapist: “Welcome to this mind reset hypnotherapy session. Allow yourself to relax, let go of any tension, and settle in comfortably. Take a deep breath in through your nose, and exhale out through your mouth. As you breathe out, feel any stress, anxiety, or worry leave your body.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase. With each step down, you’ll feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more peaceful. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, step down one step. Feel your body relaxing, your mind calming.

Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, step down another step. Your eyelids are growing heavy, your shoulders are relaxing, and your jaw is releasing any tension. You’re feeling more relaxed, more calm, and more peaceful with each step down.

Now, imagine yourself at the bottom of the staircase. You’re standing in a peaceful, serene environment. Notice the sensation of your feet connecting with the ground, feeling stable, and secure. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to let go of any remaining tension or stress.”

Deepening

Hypnotherapist: “As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly, I want you to imagine a warm, soothing light starting to fill your body. This light represents relaxation, calmness, and peace. It’s spreading from the crown of your head, down through your face, neck, and shoulders, and into your heart.

As this light fills your body, it’s melting away any remaining tension, stress, or anxiety. You’re feeling more relaxed, more calm, and more peaceful with each breath. Your body is becoming heavier, your mind is quieting, and your heart is filling with a sense of tranquility.

Now, I want you to repeat after me: ‘I am relaxed, I am calm, I am peaceful.’ Say it with me: ‘I am relaxed, I am calm, I am peaceful.'”

Mind Reset

Hypnotherapist: “Now, imagine a computer screen in front of you. On this screen, you see all the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that have been weighing you down. See all the worries, fears, and doubts that have been holding you back.

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine a delete button appearing on the screen. Press the delete button, and watch as all those negative thoughts, emotions, and experiences disappear. They’re being erased, deleted, and released from your mind and body.

Now, see a blank screen in front of you. This represents a fresh start, a new beginning. Imagine yourself typing in a new program, a new way of being.

Type in the following words: ‘I am confident, I am capable, I am worthy.’

As you type these words, feel them becoming a part of you. Feel the confidence, capability, and worthiness spreading throughout your body, filling your heart and mind.

Remember, you are in control of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. You have the power to choose how you react, how you feel, and how you think. You are strong, you are resilient, and you are capable of overcoming any obstacle.”

Counting and Awakening

Hypnotherapist: “Now, I want you to slowly start counting backwards from 10. As you count, you’ll become more awake, more alert, and more refreshed.

10… You’re feeling more awake, more refreshed.

9… You’re becoming more aware of your surroundings.

8… You’re feeling more energized, more motivated.

7… You’re remembering the feeling of confidence, capability, and worthiness.

6… You’re feeling more in control, more empowered.

5… You’re becoming more aware of your body, feeling more relaxed, more calm.

4… You’re feeling more focused, more centered.

3… You’re remembering the peace, the tranquility, and the serenity.

2… You’re feeling more grounded, more stable.

1… You’re fully awake, fully refreshed, and fully empowered.

Take a deep breath in, and when you’re ready, you can open your eyes. Remember, you are in control, you are strong, and you are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to.”

(The soothing music continues to play for a few more minutes, allowing the listener to fully awaken and integrate the suggestions.)

Healing a Broken Mind with Hypnotherapy

Imagine yourself slowly integrating the healed parts of your mind. You are becoming whole, complete, and renewed. Take a moment to notice how you feel, noticing any shifts in your body, emotions, or thoughts.

Here’s a sample hypnotherapy script for healing a broken mind:

Induction

(Soft, calming music plays in the background)

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll embark on a journey of healing and transformation. Find a comfortable seated or lying position, with your back supported. Take a deep breath in through your nose, and out through your mouth. Allow your body to relax, starting from your toes, up to the top of your head.

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a peaceful lake on a calm summer day. With each breath, feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more at ease. As you inhale, imagine fresh, calming air filling your lungs. As you exhale, imagine any tension, stress, or anxiety leaving your body.

Deepening

“Now, visualize a staircase leading down to a peaceful, serene place within yourself. With each step, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused. As you descend, repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am letting go, I am releasing, I am healing.’

Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine yourself reaching the bottom of the staircase. Here, you find a comfortable, safe space where you can let go of all your worries, fears, and doubts.

Identifying the Broken Mind

“Now, imagine a mirror in front of you. In this mirror, you see a reflection of yourself, but it’s not quite whole. There are cracks, shards, or fragments missing. This represents the broken parts of your mind, the areas where you’ve experienced pain, trauma, or distress.

Take a moment to acknowledge these broken parts. Allow yourself to feel any emotions that arise, but also remind yourself that you are safe, and that you are here to heal.

Healing and Reintegration

“Imagine a warm, golden light beginning to emanate from within you. This light represents your inner strength, resilience, and capacity for healing. As it grows, it starts to fill the cracks and shards in your mind, slowly repairing and reintegrating the broken parts.

With each breath, imagine this golden light expanding, filling any gaps, and soothing any pain. As it touches each broken area, imagine it dissolving, releasing, and healing. Repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am healing, I am whole, I am complete.’

Empowerment and Affirmations

“Now, imagine yourself standing in a powerful, confident stance. You are strong, capable, and resilient.

Repeat the following affirmations to yourself, allowing the words to sink deeply into your mind:

* ‘I trust myself and my abilities.’
* ‘I am worthy of love, care, and compassion.’
* ‘I can handle any challenge that comes my way.’
* ‘I am deserving of happiness, peace, and fulfillment.’

Integration and Awakening

“As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine yourself slowly integrating the healed parts of your mind. You are becoming whole, complete, and renewed. Take a moment to notice how you feel, noticing any shifts in your body, emotions, or thoughts.

When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a deep breath in, feeling refreshed, renewed, and more at peace.”

Post-Hypnotic Suggestion

“Remember, the healing and empowerment you experienced during this session can stay with you, long after this session is over. Whenever you need to access this sense of calm, confidence, and wholeness, simply take a deep breath, and recall the feeling of the golden light filling your mind and body.”
