Deepening
“Now, imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light travels through your body, it relaxes each muscle, quieting your mind and calming your emotions.
With each breath, this light grows stronger, filling you with a sense of peace and tranquility. You feel your eyelids growing heavy, your shoulders releasing, and your heart rate slowing. You’re becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more serene with each passing moment.

“Imagine yourself in a situation where you felt trusting and secure. It could be a memory from childhood, a time with a loved one, or a moment in a past relationship.
As you visualize this scenario, notice how you feel. Do you feel a sense of safety, security, and trust? Allow yourself to fully immerse in this feeling, and imagine it spreading throughout your body.
Now, imagine yourself in a situation where you feel the need to rebuild trust. It could be with a romantic partner, a friend, or a family member.
As you visualize this scenario, notice how you feel. Do you feel anxious, uncertain, or fearful? Allow yourself to acknowledge these feelings, and then take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine any tension or doubt leaving your body.
Imagine yourself communicating openly and honestly with this person. You’re expressing your needs, feelings, and concerns in a clear and respectful manner. You’re listening actively, seeking to understand their perspective, and finding common ground.
Repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I trust myself, I trust others, I trust the process.'”
Empowerment
“Imagine a sense of confidence and empowerment growing within you. You’re aware of your strengths, your values, and your boundaries. You know that you can communicate effectively, set healthy limits, and rebuild trust.
As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am strong, I am capable, I am worthy of trust.’ Allow these words to fill you with confidence and empowerment.
