Introduction

(Soothing music plays in the background. Speak in a calm, gentle tone.)

“Welcome to this past life regression healing hypnotherapy session. My name is [Your Name], and I’ll be guiding you through this journey. Please make yourself comfortable, either sitting or lying down, and take a deep breath in… and out… Allow yourself to relax and let go of any tension or stress.

As we begin, I want you to know that you’re in a safe and supportive environment. You’re free to explore and experience whatever comes up for you, without judgment or attachment. Remember, the goal of this session is to access and release any past life traumas or patterns that may be affecting your present life.

Induction

“Close your eyes and take another deep breath in… and out… Feel the air move in and out of your body, and allow yourself to relax further. Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation.

As you begin to descend the staircase, notice the sensation of your feet touching each step. With each step, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused. Allow your eyelids to grow heavy, your jaw to release, and your body to let go of any tension.

“Now, imagine a warm, comforting light beginning to fill your body. This light represents relaxation, calmness, and trust. As it grows, it fills any areas of tension or stress, soothing and calming them.

Deepening

“Take another deep breath in… and out… and imagine yourself becoming even more relaxed. Visualize roots growing from the base of your spine, deep into the earth, anchoring you in stability and groundedness.

As you exhale, imagine any thoughts, worries, or distractions leaving your body, like autumn leaves drifting gently to the ground. Allow yourself to let go of any need to control or analyze, and simply trust in the process.

Past Life Regression

“Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, serene environment. This could be a forest, a beach, or a mountain meadow. Take a moment to notice the sights, sounds, and sensations around you.

Now, I’m going to count backwards from 10, and with each number, you’ll feel yourself becoming more relaxed and more open to the experience. When I reach zero, you’ll find yourself in a past life, one that’s relevant to your current situation.

Past Life Experience

Healing and Release

As you breathe in, imagine fresh, healing energy entering your body, and as you breathe out, imagine any pain, fear, or trauma leaving your body. Allow yourself to release and let go of any patterns, emotions, or thoughts that no longer serve you.

Integration and Closure

“Take a moment to notice how you’re feeling now. Notice any shifts, insights, or feelings of release. Allow yourself to integrate these experiences into your present life, knowing that you’re carrying the wisdom and healing forward with you.

When you’re ready, slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment. Take a deep breath in… and out… and imagine yourself returning to the top of the staircase.

As you ascend, notice the sensation of your feet touching each step, and feel yourself becoming more grounded and present. When you’re ready, you can open your eyes, and take a deep breath in, feeling refreshed, renewed, and healed.”

Awakening

“Welcome back. Take a moment to notice how you’re feeling. Notice any changes, insights, or shifts in your perspective. Remember that the healing and release you experienced in this past life regression will continue to unfold in the days and weeks to come.

Take a deep breath in, and when you’re ready, you can slowly open your eyes. Take your time, and when you’re ready, you can return to your daily activities, feeling more grounded, more centered, and more at peace.”

As you continue to breathe deeply, allow your eyelids to grow heavy, and your eyes to gently close. Feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more at ease. You are safe, you are supported, and you are exactly where you need to be.

Deepening

“Now, imagine yourself descending down a staircase of relaxation, with each step, feeling yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more at peace. With each breath, feel your body letting go of any remaining tension or stress.

As you reach the bottom of the staircase, imagine yourself standing in a beautiful, peaceful garden. Feel the warm sun on your skin, the gentle breeze in your hair, and the sound of nature all around you.

Regression

“I want you to take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to travel back in time to the first memory that comes to mind when you think of feeling fearful or anxious. This could be a situation, a person, an experience, or a memory.

Allow yourself to fully immerse in this memory, seeing it in vivid detail, hearing the sounds, smelling the scents, and feeling the emotions. Allow yourself to relive this experience, but this time, from a safe and distant perspective.

As you relive this memory, I want you to pay attention to your root chakra area, located at the base of your spine.

Where do you feel the fear?

Is it a feeling of contraction, a sense of instability, or a feeling of uncertainty?

Allow yourself to breathe into this area, imagining fresh, clean air filling your lungs, and as you exhale, imagine any blockages, restrictions, or fear releasing and dissolving.

Re-experiencing the Memory

“Now, I want you to relive this memory again, but this time, from a higher perspective. Imagine yourself looking down on the scene, seeing yourself and the situation from above. Allow yourself to witness the fear, the anxiety, the uncertainty, or whatever emotions arise.

As you witness this scene, I want you to repeat the following affirmation to yourself: ‘I am safe, I am supported, and I trust in my ability to handle any situation.’

Allow yourself to feel the emotional charge of this memory begin to dissipate, like clouds disappearing on a sunny day. Feel yourself becoming more grounded, more stable, and more confident.

Integration

“As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine this sense of stability and confidence spreading throughout your entire body. Feel your energy rising, your vibration increasing, and your heart filling with joy and gratitude.

Know that you are not bound by fear, but rather, you are free to live life to the fullest, to take risks, and to trust in yourself. You are safe, you are supported, and you are capable of handling any situation.

Root Chakra Activation

“Now, bring your attention to the root chakra area, the seat of your stability and security. Imagine a brilliant, shimmering light at this point, representing your connection to the earth and your sense of belonging.

As you focus on this light, begin to repeat the following affirmation to yourself: ‘I am grounded, I am stable, and I trust in my ability to handle any situation.’

Allow this light to grow brighter and brighter, filling your entire body with a sense of stability, security, and confidence.

Final Relaxation

“Take a few moments to simply relax, breathe deeply, and enjoy this sense of stability and confidence. Know that you can return to this state whenever you need to, and that you are always supported on your journey of spiritual growth.

When you are ready, you can slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and connected to your sense of self. Remember to take this sense of stability and confidence with you throughout your day, and know that you are always supported and guided.”
