Deepening
Hypnotherapist: “Now, I’d like you to imagine yourself descending a staircase, with each step, feeling yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused. As you reach the bottom of the staircase, you’ll find yourself in a peaceful, serene environment, where you can let go of all negativity and become kinder with your words.
“With each breath, repeat the phrase ‘I am kind with my words’ to yourself. Allow the words to sink deep into your subconscious, reinforcing your desire to uplift and inspire others.”
Kindness
Hypnotherapist: “Imagine a bright, warm light filling your mind, representing kindness and compassion. As you inhale, breathe in this light, feeling it fill your entire being.
“As you exhale, imagine this light spreading throughout your body, filling your thoughts, and guiding your actions. See yourself speaking with kindness, empathy, and understanding, lifting others up and making them feel valued and appreciated.
“Repeat the phrase ‘I choose to speak with kindness and compassion’ to yourself, feeling a sense of warmth and connection with others.”
Letting Go of Negativity
Hypnotherapist: “Now, imagine any negativity, criticism, or harshness as a heavy, dark cloud hovering above your mind. Watch as this cloud begins to dissipate, breaking apart into smaller, lighter fragments.
“As the cloud disappears, repeat the phrase ‘I release all negativity and harshness’ to yourself. Feel a sense of freedom and liberation, knowing that you’re no longer controlled by negative thoughts and emotions.
“Imagine yourself speaking with kindness, empathy, and understanding, lifting others up and making them feel valued and appreciated.”
Affirmations
Hypnotherapist: “As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly, repeat the following affirmations to yourself:
* ‘I am kind with my words.’
* ‘I choose to speak with kindness and compassion.’
