“With each breath, repeat the phrase ‘I am calm and understanding’ to yourself. Allow the words to sink deep into your subconscious, reinforcing your respect and compassion for all people and situations.”

Hypnotherapist: “Imagine a bright, warm light filling your heart, representing respect, compassion, and empathy. As you inhale, breathe in this light, feeling it fill your entire being.
