Induction

(Soothing music starts playing. The hypnotherapist’s calm and gentle voice guides you into a relaxed state.)

Hypnotherapist: “Welcome, Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax, letting go of any tension or stress. Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful environment, surrounded by nature’s serenity.

“As you inhale, breathe in calmness and self-love. As you exhale, release any self-doubt or negativity. Allow your eyelids to grow heavy, and your eyes to gently close. Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel your body sink deeper into relaxation.

“Imagine a warm, soothing light filling your body, calming your mind, and quieting your thoughts. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more centered, and more lovable.”

Deepening

Hypnotherapist: “Now, I’d like you to imagine yourself descending a staircase, with each step, feeling yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused. As you reach the bottom of the staircase, you’ll find yourself in a peaceful, serene environment, where you can let go of all self-doubt and become more easy to love.

“With each breath, repeat the phrase ‘I am worthy of love and acceptance’ to yourself. Allow the words to sink deep into your subconscious, reinforcing your self-worth and confidence.”

Self-Love

Hypnotherapist: “Imagine a bright, warm light filling your mind, representing self-love and acceptance. As you inhale, breathe in this light, feeling it fill your entire being.

“As you exhale, imagine this light spreading throughout your body, filling your thoughts, and guiding your actions. See yourself accepting and loving yourself, flaws and all, and feeling more confident and worthy of love.

“Repeat the phrase ‘I love and accept myself exactly as I am’ to yourself, feeling a sense of self-love and self-acceptance.”

Letting Go of Self-Doubt

Hypnotherapist: “Now, imagine any self-doubt or negativity as a heavy, dark cloud hovering above your mind. Watch as this cloud begins to dissipate, breaking apart into smaller, lighter fragments.

“As the cloud disappears, repeat the phrase ‘I release all self-doubt and negativity’ to yourself. Feel a sense of freedom and liberation, knowing that you’re no longer controlled by negative thoughts and emotions.

“Imagine yourself feeling more confident, more worthy of love, and more easy to love.”

Affirmations

Hypnotherapist: “As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly, repeat the following affirmations to yourself:

* ‘I am worthy of love and acceptance.’

* ‘I love and accept myself exactly as I am.’

* ‘I release all self-doubt and negativity.’

* ‘I am easy to love and deserving of love and respect.’

“Allow these affirmations to sink deep into your subconscious, becoming a part of your daily thoughts and behaviors.”

Awakening

Hypnotherapist: “As we come to the end of this session, take a deep breath in, and when you’re ready, slowly open your eyes. Notice how you feel – more relaxed, more centered, and more easy to love.
