With each breath, imagine this light growing stronger, filling you with a sense of safety, peace, and empowerment. Allow yourself to repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am safe, I am strong, I am healed.’

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine this light spreading throughout your entire body, healing any emotional wounds, and releasing any remaining tension or pain associated with the traumatic experience.
