Deepening
Hypnotherapist: “Now, I’d like you to imagine yourself descending a staircase, with each step, feeling yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused. As you reach the bottom of the staircase, you’ll find yourself in a peaceful, serene environment, where you can let go of all selfish desires and become more generous with your time.
“With each breath, repeat the phrase ‘I am generous with my time’ to yourself. Allow the words to sink deep into your subconscious, reinforcing your desire to help others and make a positive impact.”
Generosity
Hypnotherapist: “Imagine a bright, warm light filling your mind, representing generosity and kindness. As you inhale, breathe in this light, feeling it fill your entire being.
“As you exhale, imagine this light spreading throughout your body, filling your thoughts, and guiding your actions. See yourself giving freely of your time, energy, and resources, without expectation of reward or recognition.
“Repeat the phrase ‘I am happy to give my time and energy to help others’ to yourself, feeling a sense of joy and fulfillment.”
Letting Go of Selfish Desires
Hypnotherapist: “Now, imagine any selfish desires or possessiveness as a heavy, dark cloud hovering above your mind. Watch as this cloud begins to dissipate, breaking apart into smaller, lighter fragments.
“As the cloud disappears, repeat the phrase ‘I release all selfish desires and possessiveness’ to yourself. Feel a sense of freedom and liberation, knowing that you’re no longer controlled by your own needs and desires.
“Imagine yourself looking outward, towards others, and seeing how you can make a positive impact in their lives.”
Affirmations
Hypnotherapist: “As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly, repeat the following affirmations to yourself:
* ‘I am generous with my time and energy.’
* ‘I am happy to give to others without expectation of reward.’
