Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session. Allow yourself to find a comfortable and relaxing position, either sitting or lying down. Take a deep breath in, hold it for a moment, and exhale slowly. As you breathe out, feel any tension or stress leaving your body.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. With each breath, feel yourself descending down the staircase, letting go of any worries or concerns. You are safe, and you are in control.

As you reach the bottom of the staircase, imagine yourself in a peaceful and serene environment. It could be a beach at sunset, a quiet forest, or a cozy mountain meadow. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this setting, feeling the sights, sounds, and sensations of this peaceful place.”

Deepening

“Now, take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your eyelids to grow heavy and relaxed. Feel your body becoming heavier, as if you’re sinking deeper into relaxation.

Imagine a warm, soothing light filling your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light travels through your body, it dissolves any remaining tension or stress, leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.

With each breath, feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed, letting go of any thoughts or worries. You are in a state of deep relaxation, where your subconscious mind is open to positive suggestions and changes.”

Releasing Laziness, Apathy, and Idleness

“Now, bring to mind the feelings of laziness, apathy, and idleness that may have been holding you back from reaching your full potential. Imagine these emotions as a heavy weight on your shoulders, weighing you down and holding you back.

As you inhale, imagine fresh, energizing air filling your lungs, and as you exhale, imagine any laziness, apathy, and idleness leaving your body. See the weight lifting off your shoulders, and feel a sense of freedom and empowerment emerging within you.

Repeat after me: ‘I release all feelings of laziness, apathy, and idleness. I choose to take control of my life, and to pursue my goals and dreams with energy and enthusiasm.’

Imagine a spark of motivation and inspiration igniting within you, driving you to take action towards your goals. See yourself taking small, consistent steps towards success, feeling proud and accomplished with each achievement.

Empowerment

“Now, imagine yourself standing in front of a blank canvas, with a brush in your hand. See the canvas as a representation of your life, and the brush as a symbol of your power to create the life you desire.

Counting and Awakening

“Take one final, deep breath in, hold it for a moment, and exhale slowly. As you breathe out, feel yourself becoming more alert and awake.

I will now count from one to five, and when I reach five, you will open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and empowered. One… two… three… four… five.

Open your eyes, and welcome back to the present moment. You are now more motivated, more focused, and more in control of your life. You are ready to take action towards your goals and dreams, and to create the life you desire.”
