Your mind has the power for you to relax, see and feel your brainwaves slowing down even further, entering into a state of deep relaxation, where your body and mind are completely at peace.

Here is a sample hypnotherapy script for slowing down brainwaves:

Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll embark on a journey of deep relaxation and calmness. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow any tension or stress to leave your body.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a gentle, winding staircase. With each step down, feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more calm. Take a step down, and as you do, feel your eyelids growing heavy, your breath slowing, and your mind quieting.

Take another step down, and feel your body sinking deeper into relaxation, like a soft, fluffy cloud enveloping you. Your mind is quieting, your thoughts slowing, and your body relaxing even further.

One more step down, and you’re now at the bottom of the staircase. You’re surrounded by a peaceful, calming energy that permeates every cell of your body. You feel safe, relaxed, and calm.

Deepening

“Now, imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment. It could be a beach at sunset, a quiet forest, or a cozy mountain meadow. Take a moment to visualize the sights, sounds, and sensations of this place.

Notice the sensation of the air on your skin, the sounds around you, and the feeling of the ground beneath your feet. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this peaceful environment, letting go of any remaining tension or stress.

Brainwave Slowing

“As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly, imagine your brainwaves beginning to slow down. Picture them as gentle, rolling waves on a calm ocean. With each breath, feel your brainwaves slowing, becoming more relaxed, and more calm.

Imagine your thoughts becoming slower, more peaceful, and more gentle. Your mind is quieting, like a still pond reflecting the beauty of nature.

As you continue to relax, imagine your brainwaves slowing down even further, entering into a state of deep relaxation, where your body and mind are completely at peace.

Theta State

“You’re now entering into a theta state, where your brainwaves are even slower, and your body is completely relaxed. You may feel a sense of detachment from your thoughts, as if you’re observing them from a distance.

Allow yourself to fully surrender to this state, letting go of any remaining tension or stress. You’re safe, relaxed, and completely calm.

Visualization

“Now, imagine yourself in a state of perfect balance and harmony. Visualize your body and mind working together in perfect sync, with every cell, every thought, and every action aligned with your highest good.

Imagine yourself feeling confident, calm, and centered, with a sense of clarity and purpose. You’re connected to your inner wisdom, and you trust yourself to make wise decisions.

Counting Up

“As you slowly come back to full awareness, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, count up from 1 to 5. At the count of 5, you’ll be fully awake, feeling refreshed, renewed, and relaxed.

1… 2… 3… 4… 5. You’re now fully awake, feeling calm, centered, and relaxed.”

Remember to adjust the script according to your personal preferences and the needs of your clients. It’s also important to ensure that the client is in a safe and comfortable environment before inducing a hypnotic state.
