Here’s a hypnotherapy script based on the principle of being “Quick to Listen, Slow to Speak”:

Induction

(Soothing music starts playing. The hypnotherapist’s voice is calm and gentle.)

Hypnotherapist: “Welcome to this hypnotherapy session. Allow yourself to settle in and get comfortable. Take a deep breath in through your nose, and out through your mouth. Feel the air fill your lungs, and then release it slowly. As you exhale, allow any tension or stress to leave your body.”

(Pause for a few moments)

Hypnotherapist: “Imagine yourself in a peaceful place, where you feel completely relaxed and at ease. This could be a beach, a forest, or a mountain meadow. Take a moment to visualize this place, and allow yourself to fully immerse in its tranquility.”

Deepening

Hypnotherapist: “Now, imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body. This light represents relaxation and calmness. As it spreads through your body, it melts away any remaining tension or stress. Allow yourself to breathe deeply, and feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more at peace.”

(Pause for a few moments)

Hypnotherapist: “As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine yourself becoming more and more relaxed. Your eyelids grow heavy, your jaw releases, and your body feels weightless. You are fully immersed in this peaceful state, and you are ready to receive positive suggestions.”

Suggestion

Hypnotherapist: “Now, I’d like you to imagine yourself in a situation where you’re interacting with someone. It could be a friend, family member, or colleague. As you engage with this person, remind yourself to be quick to listen, and slow to speak. Allow yourself to fully absorb what the other person is saying, without interrupting or mentally preparing your response.”

(Pause for a few moments)

Hypnotherapist: “Imagine the benefits of listening deeply. You gain a greater understanding of the other person’s perspective, and you respond in a more thoughtful and empathetic way. You build stronger relationships, and you communicate more effectively.”

Reinforcement

Hypnotherapist: “From this day forward, you will find yourself naturally adopting the habit of being quick to listen, and slow to speak. You will feel more patient, more empathetic, and more understanding. You will respond to others in a more thoughtful and considered way, and you will build stronger, more meaningful relationships.”

(Pause for a few moments)

Hypnotherapist: “Repeat the following phrase to yourself, allowing it to become a guiding principle in your interactions with others: ‘I am quick to listen, and slow to speak. I am patient, empathetic, and understanding.'”

Awakening

Hypnotherapist: “As you continue to breathe deeply, slowly begin to bring yourself back to a state of full awareness. Take your time, and when you’re ready, you can open your eyes. Remember the sense of calmness and relaxation you experienced during this session, and know that you can return to it whenever you need to.”

(Soothing music continues to play for another minute or two, allowing the client to gradually come back to a state of full awareness.)

This script is just a sample, and you can modify it to fit your specific needs and style. Remember to always use a gentle and calming tone, and to provide a safe and supportive environment for your clients.
