“As you inhale, imagine fresh, calming energy entering your body through the crown of your head. As you exhale, imagine any doubts, worries, or fears leaving your body. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more centered, and more connected.
Imagine a warm, golden light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head. This light represents the Universal Consciousness, and it’s guiding you deeper into relaxation and connection.
Connection to Universal Consciousness
“Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a vast, sparkling ocean. With each wave, feel the energy of the Universal Consciousness flowing towards you. This energy is infinite, loving, and wise.
As you breathe in, imagine that you’re drawing this energy into your heart, filling you with compassion, understanding, and unity. As you breathe out, imagine that you’re sharing this energy with the world, spreading love, peace, and harmony.
Expansion of Consciousness
“Now, imagine that your consciousness is expanding, growing beyond the boundaries of your physical body. You’re becoming one with the Universe, connected to every star, every planet, and every living being.
In this expanded state, you’re aware of the interconnectedness of all things. You’re filled with a sense of oneness, and you know that you’re not separate from anything or anyone.
