Healing Core Fear of Losing Control Wound’s with Hypnotherapy

Here’s a sample hypnotherapy script to help heal the core fear of losing control wounds:

Induction

(Speak in a calm, soothing voice)

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll embark on a journey of healing and empowerment. Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Allow your body to relax and let go of any tension or stress.

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a peaceful lake on a warm summer day. Feel the gentle breeze on your skin and the warmth of the sun on your face. With each breath, allow yourself to relax further, letting go of any thoughts or worries.

As you exhale, repeat the phrase ‘I let go’ to yourself, allowing any tension or anxiety to release. Now, imagine yourself becoming heavier, more grounded, and connected to the present moment. Allow your eyes to gently close, and let yourself drift into a deep state of relaxation.”

Deepening

“Imagine yourself descending a gentle staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. As you descend, repeat the phrase ‘I am safe’ to yourself, allowing any fears or doubts to dissipate.

Notice the sensation of your feet touching the ground, feeling heavy and grounded. Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet, deep into the earth, anchoring you in stability and control.

Now, visualize a warm, soothing light filling your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light travels, it dissolves any tension, anxiety, or fear, replacing it with a sense of calm and tranquility.”

Exploring the Fear

“Gently, bring your attention to the area of your life where you feel a sense of losing control. It might be a specific situation, a relationship, or a general feeling. Allow yourself to observe this area without judgment, noticing any emotions, thoughts, or physical sensations that arise.

Imagine yourself standing in front of a large, old-fashioned door. This door represents the feared situation or feeling of losing control. Notice the door’s texture, color, and any symbols or markings on it.

As you stand before this door, allow yourself to acknowledge the fear and anxiety that arises.

Repeat the phrase ‘I acknowledge my fear’ to yourself, giving yourself permission to feel and process these emotions.

Now, imagine a gentle, compassionate voice speaking to you, saying, ‘You are safe, and you are in control.’ Allow this voice to reassure you, reminding you that you have the power to choose how you respond to any situation.”

Reframing and Empowerment

“Imagine yourself taking a deep breath, and as you exhale, you begin to shift your perspective. You start to see that the fear of losing control is not a fixed reality, but rather a perception that can be changed.

Visualize a new door, one that represents empowerment and control. This door is adorned with symbols of strength, resilience, and confidence. As you approach this door, imagine yourself feeling more grounded, more capable, and more in control.

Repeat the phrase ‘I am in control’ to yourself, allowing this affirmation to become a deeply ingrained truth. Imagine yourself making choices, taking actions, and navigating challenges with ease and confidence.

As you stand before this new door, imagine a surge of energy and motivation flowing through your body. You feel empowered, capable, and ready to face any situation that comes your way.”

Integration and Closure

“Take a moment to notice how you feel, allowing yourself to fully embody this newfound sense of control and empowerment. Imagine yourself integrating this new perspective into your daily life, making choices that align with your values and goals.

As you slowly begin to return to a state of full consciousness, remember that you can always return to this place of empowerment and control.

Repeat the phrase ‘I am in control’ to yourself, knowing that you have the power to choose how you respond to any situation.

When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a deep breath, feeling refreshed, renewed, and empowered. Remember to take this sense of control and confidence with you, integrating it into your daily life, and know that you can always return to this peaceful, empowering state whenever you need it.”

Healing Core Abandonment Wound’s with Hypnotherapy

Here’s a sample hypnotherapy script for healing core abandonment wounds:

Introduction and Induction

(Speak in a calm, soothing voice)

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll have the opportunity to heal and release any core abandonment wounds that may be holding you back. Allow yourself to get comfortable, either sitting or lying down, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Imagine yourself in a safe and peaceful place, where you feel completely relaxed and protected. This could be a beach, a forest, or any other location that brings you a sense of calm and serenity.

As you breathe in, allow yourself to relax further, feeling any tension or stress melt away. And as you breathe out, imagine any worries or concerns leaving your body.

Now, I’ll guide you into a deeper state of relaxation, using a count of ten. As I count, allow yourself to feel more relaxed and focused with each number.”

(Count from 10 to 1, using a slow and soothing tone)

Deepening the Relaxation

“Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with ten steps leading down to a peaceful and serene place. With each step, you’ll feel more relaxed and focused.

As you take the first step, feel your feet connecting with the step below. Your legs begin to relax, and any tension in your body starts to release.

Take the second step, and feel your hips and lower back relaxing. Your breathing becomes slower and more relaxed.

Continue down the stairs, feeling more relaxed with each step. Your mind becomes quieter, and your body feels heavier, as if sinking into the earth.

At the bottom of the stairs, you find yourself in a peaceful and serene place. Allow yourself to take a moment to notice the sights, sounds, and sensations in this space.”

Accessing the Abandonment Wound

“Now, imagine a gentle, soothing light beginning to shine in front of you. This light represents your own inner comfort and security. As you focus on this light, allow yourself to access any memories or experiences that may be connected to feelings of abandonment.

Perhaps you recall a specific event or situation where you felt abandoned or left behind by someone else, or maybe you’ve been carrying around feelings of self-abandonment. Allow these memories to arise, without judgment or attachment.

As you focus on this experience, notice how your body is responding. Are there any areas of tension or discomfort? Allow yourself to acknowledge these sensations, and know that you’re safe and supported in this space.”

Releasing the Abandonment Wound

“Now, imagine a warm, nurturing energy beginning to flow into your body. This energy is like a comforting hug, reassuring and protective.

As this energy flows into your body, it begins to fill any areas of tension or discomfort. Imagine this energy calming and soothing your nervous system, releasing any emotional charge connected to the abandonment wound.

As you exhale, imagine any feelings of fear, anxiety, or loneliness leaving your body. Allow yourself to release any need to hold onto these emotions, knowing that they no longer serve you.

With each breath, feel yourself becoming more grounded, more centered, and more at peace. Your body begins to relax further, and your mind becomes quieter.

Now, imagine a bright, pulsing light beginning to fill the space where the abandonment wound was held. This light represents your own inner sense of safety and security, and it’s filling any areas of emptiness or pain.

As this light grows brighter, imagine it spreading throughout your body, filling you with a sense of comfort and protection. You begin to feel more secure, more confident, and more trusting of yourself and others.”

Reparenting and Self-Support

“Imagine yourself as a child, and imagine that you’re being held in the arms of a loving, nurturing caregiver. This caregiver represents your own inner wisdom and love.

As you’re held in these loving arms, allow yourself to feel a deep sense of safety and security. Imagine that you’re being told that you’re loved, that you’re worthy, and that you’re enough, just as you are.

Allow yourself to receive this love and support, and imagine it filling any areas of your heart and mind that may have been wounded by abandonment. As you receive this love, imagine that you’re becoming more whole, more complete, and more at peace.

Now, imagine that you’re able to offer this same love and support to yourself, as an adult. Imagine that you’re able to be kind, compassionate, and gentle with yourself, just as you would with a dear friend.

Allow yourself to integrate this sense of self-love and self-support, knowing that it’s always available to you. You are safe, you are loved, and you are enough, just as you are.”

Integration and Closure

“Take a moment to notice how you’re feeling now. Notice any shifts in your body or your emotions. Allow yourself to integrate this new sense of safety and security, knowing that it’s always available to you.

As you slowly begin to come back to full awareness, remember that you can return to this peaceful and serene space anytime you need to. You can access this sense of calm and relaxation whenever you feel stressed or overwhelmed.

Take a deep breath in, and when you’re ready, you can open your eyes. Remember to take this sense of self-love and self-support with you, and know that you’re always guided and protected on your journey towards healing and growth.”

Post-Hypnotic Suggestions

(Speak in a calm, gentle voice)

“From this day forward, you’ll find that you’re more confident and self-assured. You’ll trust yourself and your own inner wisdom, knowing that you’re safe and supported.

You’ll be kinder and more compassionate towards yourself, and you’ll trust that you’re always doing the best you can. You’ll feel more connected to your own heart and intuition, and you’ll be more resilient in the face of challenges.
