“Now, visualize a staircase leading down to a peaceful, serene place within yourself. With each step, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more at ease.

As you descend, repeat to yourself: ‘I let go of pain, I let go of stiffness, I let go of discomfort.’ Allow your joints to relax, your muscles to release, and your mind to calm.

Imagine a warm, soothing light filling your body, starting at the crown of your head, flowing down through your face, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, chest, abdomen, lower back, hips, legs, and finally, your toes.
