Childhood Trauma can be experiences can include various forms of abuse (physical, sexual, emotional), neglect, exposure to violence, accidents, natural disasters, and the loss of a parent or caregiver.
Here is a Childhood Traumas Healing with Hypnotherapy Script.
Induction
(Soft, calming music plays in the background)
“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll begin to heal from childhood traumas. Find a comfortable seated or lying position, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Imagine yourself standing at the top of a peaceful staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. With each step down, feel your body relax, your mind calm, and your heart lighten.
Take a step down… and feel your muscles relax.
Take another step down… and feel your mind quiet.
Take one more step down… and feel your heart fill with calmness.”
Deepening
“Now, visualize a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body. This light represents relaxation, calmness, and peace. As it flows through you, it dissolves any tension, anxiety, or stress.
Imagine this light starting at the crown of your head, flowing down through your face, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, chest, abdomen, lower back, hips, legs, and finally, your toes.
As this light fills your body, repeat to yourself: ‘I am calm, I am relaxed, I am at peace.'”
Regression
“Now, imagine that you’re regressing to a safe place in your childhood. This could be a favorite memory, a happy time, or a place where you felt loved and supported.
See yourself in this safe place, surrounded by loving energy. Feel the emotions and sensations in your body, and allow yourself to fully immerse in this experience.
Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel any tension or stress leave your body.”
Processing and Release
“Now, imagine that you’re facing the traumatic experience from your childhood. See it in front of you, and allow yourself to feel the emotions and sensations associated with it.
As you confront this experience, repeat to yourself: ‘I am safe, I am strong, and I am capable of healing.’
Imagine that you’re releasing any negative emotions, thoughts, or beliefs associated with this experience. See them leaving your body, like autumn leaves falling from a tree.
Repeat to yourself: ‘I release, I let go, I forgive.'”
Reframing and Empowerment
“Now, imagine that you’re reframing this experience in a new light. See it as an opportunity for growth, learning, and healing.
Repeat to yourself: ‘I am not a victim, I am a survivor. I am strong, I am capable, and I am empowered.’
Imagine that you’re filling yourself with positive energy, love, and compassion. See yourself surrounded by a warm, protective light.
Repeat to yourself: ‘I am worthy of love, I am deserving of happiness, and I am capable of achieving my dreams.'”
Conclusion
“When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel refreshed, renewed, and empowered.
Remember, healing is a journey, and it’s okay to take it one step at a time. You are strong, capable, and deserving of love and happiness.
Take one last deep breath, and when you’re ready, return to your day, feeling more calm, centered, and empowered.”
