Use your no limits mindset to creation using Hypnotherapy

Are you tired of being told to do things the same old way? Sick of the comfort zone? It’s time to push past the world of limitations into the no-limits mindset. People who embrace no-limits live life to the fullest by pushing themselves to be the best they can be in every area of life.

Do you want to create something else? For instance, do you want to travel? Do you want a new job, a healthier body, or a loving relationship? This process applies to anything and everything. There are no limits to what you can create. There are no degrees of ease or difficulty to what you can create. The only limitations we have are those we believe in. If you believe it’s easy to create a job, but challenging to find love, you will experience that outcome.

It’s just as easy to create a million rand as one hundred rand; both amounts of money are created using exactly the same principle. The only difference in what we manifest is our belief about what is easy and possible, and what is difficult or impossible.

Years ago, I had a strong desire to travel. At that time, I didn’t have the funds to travel, so I spent a lot of time working hard, trying to make enough money to go somewhere. Eventually I realized it wasn’t the money I wanted. My desire was to visit other places. So rather than just focusing on making money, I envisioned myself traveling. I felt the experience in my physical body. I felt the joy of being in other places. I kept imagining this until it felt real and I knew it would happen.

Within two weeks of envisioning myself traveling, I received phone calls from three different friends. They all wanted me to come visit them and each wanted to pay my airfare. I had manifested trips to Europe by understanding that everything is energy and that imagination directs the form that energy takes. For anyone who felt bad that my poor friends had to pay for my trips, one of the greatest gifts I can give my friends is envisioning them as abundant and prosperous. Imagining someone as impoverished or unable to afford something does not benefit that person. Energy can take any form and come to me from anywhere. Infinite energy also flows freely from me as I share abundance with my friends, family, and others. This helps all of us feel abundant and prosperous.

How does this work?

Let’s look at various things you must understand if you’re going to have a no-limits mindset:

1. People without limits rewrite the script. All those so-called rules in life are meaningless. It’s time to look past what you’ve already established a hundred times over and start thinking about changing the rules instead of toeing the line one more time. It’s people who refuse to accept the status-quo who genuinely understand what it means to have no limits.

2. People without limits realize where the limits came from in the first place. Most of the time, the very things limiting us are our thoughts. We’ve already decided we can’t do something, and as a result, we can’t. By taking away limitations, we find ourselves in the world of possibilities instead of impossibilities.

3. People without limits don’t let anyone tell them who they are. When you feel like you’re limited, how many times is it because of something that someone else said or did? Maybe you had a parent who told you that you ‘just weren’t athletic’ and as a result, you never went out for sports of any kind. This kind of limitation is insidious because you often don’t realize the origin until you start prodding into its origins. When you establish that it’s from someone else and not you, tell that voice to shut up. You don’t have time for that nonsense anymore.

4. People without limits don’t give up. Setbacks are normal. It’s what you do with them that matters. Learn from those with no limits. Accept the failure, mourn it, then dissect the living daylights out of it to see what you can learn from it. Congratulate yourself for having tried, and then dig in and try again, this time applying the lessons you’ve learned. There’s no room for quitters in this mindset.

5. People without limits know how to face their fears. You’re never going to get anywhere if you let fear stop you cold. Understanding where your fear comes from, and then doing the work to overcome that fear is what’s going to free you up to move forward and accomplish what you need to.

Living a life of no-limits doesn’t mean that you never feel limited in any way. It means you know what to do when you feel that pushback when you’re striving for a goal. Tell yourself you’re bigger and better than any of the things that hold you back, and you’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish!

Stepping in to the stillness and creativity with Hypnotherapy

Stillness speaks. He says“True intelligence operates silently. Stillness is where creativity and solutions to problems are found”.

Our internal dialogue is comprised of the many voices in our head. They distract, judge, compare, and appear to support us in solving problems. These voices take us out of the present, causing us to cycle old thoughts and memories about the past and worries or strategies around the future. Instead of being able to attend to what is actually in front of us, our internal dialogue snags our attention in a mess of stories and assumptions.

Learning to consciously direct our mind and stop our internal dialogue helps us to soften into each moment and open to all possibilities – what I call the place of no assumption impeccability.

Deepak Chopra writes: “In stillness, inner energies spontaneously wake up and bring about the appropriate transformation for every situation.” When we bring our attention to stillness we tap into our knowing, which is based in love and infinite choice, rather than our thinking, which is often based in fear and scarcity-based assumptions. Within stillness rests our innate connection to our impeccable spirit and sacred creativity.

Stopping our internal dialogue can take many different forms. Some great allies are: 1) giving our mind something specific to focus on, 2) taking more mental breaks and 3) sitting in stillness. Here is an overview of each different method. Explore using them all!

FILL THE SPACE

When you give your mind a chant or an affirmation, you are taking up the brain space your random thoughts would normally occupy. If you can bring your attention fully to the chant or affirmation you will begin to feel the silence between each word. You must be firm in coming back to your chosen words over and over again, and letting the stillness between the words permeate you. I like to start my mornings off with chanting, and then take one chant into my day. An affirmation can be one word or a sentence: anything from “peace, peace, peace” to “May I open to all possibilities.”

TAKE BREAKS

Get habituated to taking breaks during the day to sink into silence; when going to the bathroom, while eating, in between meetings or clients. Instead of running from thing to thing, thinking all the time, breathe into your feet. Notice the colors around you. Slow down. Walk more slowly between places. Reconnect with silence consciously.

SIT. BE.

Practice, practice, practice. Silencing the mind takes awareness and the commitment to keep coming back to stillness over and over again. A daily meditation practice can greatly increase your capacity to find silence during your day. I recommend you set an alarm (start with five to ten minutes and build up), for your practice and start with simply letting your thoughts float by with out attaching to them. You do not need to stop them, simply let them pass without judgment or assuming they are good or bad, right or wrong.

As we grow our capacity to stay in the moment without our habitual, repetitive thinking, our words and actions become more impeccable and we catch and release our assumptions much more quickly. The more you practice, the more ease you’ll find as you rest into the present moment of no assumption impeccability.
