Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, serene environment, surrounded by calmness and tranquility. With each breath, feel your mind becoming more clear, more focused, and more present.

You are safe, you are relaxed, and you are ready to explore the power of conscious decision-making.”

Deepening

Hypnotherapist: “Now, imagine a warm, comforting light beginning to surround you. This light represents your inner wisdom, your intuition, and your highest self.

As this light grows brighter, allow yourself to feel a sense of connection to your deepest knowing. You are being guided by your inner wisdom, and you are trusting in its guidance.

Allow yourself to let go of any doubts, any fears, and any uncertainties. You are confident in your ability to make conscious decisions, and you are trusting in your inner guidance.”

Guided Imagery
