Remove the Depression Demond with scripture from the Bible with Hypnotherapy

You are strong, capable, and loved, and you can overcome depression with the help of God.

Here’s a hypnotherapy script that incorporates scripture from the Bible to help remove depression and promote healing:

Introduction:

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where we’ll use the power of scripture and hypnosis to help you overcome depression and find peace. Please find a comfortable and quiet place to sit or lie down, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Allow yourself to relax and let go of any tension or stress.”

Induction:

“Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a calm and peaceful lake. With each breath, feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more grounded. As you exhale, imagine any worries or concerns leaving your body, like ripples on the lake’s surface. Allow yourself to let go and trust in the process. Repeat after me: ‘I am calm, I am relaxed, I am at peace.'”

Deepening:

“Now, imagine yourself walking along the lake’s shoreline, feeling the warm sun on your skin and the soft breeze in your hair. With each step, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered. As you walk, repeat the following scripture to yourself: ‘For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.’ (2 Timothy 1:7) Allow these words to sink deep into your mind and heart, filling you with confidence and peace.”

Depression Removal:

“Imagine a dark cloud representing your depression, hovering above you. As you breathe in, imagine fresh, clean air filling your lungs, and as you breathe out, imagine this dark cloud beginning to dissipate. With each exhalation, repeat the following scripture: ‘Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.’ (Matthew 11:28) Allow Jesus’ words to comfort and reassure you, knowing that He is with you, supporting and guiding you through this challenging time.

“As the cloud continues to dissipate, imagine a warm, golden light filling the space, representing hope, joy, and peace. This light is the presence of God, shining brightly within you, filling you with confidence and strength.

Repeat after me: ‘I am loved, I am valued, I am enough.’ (1 John 3:1, Psalm 139:14) Allow these affirmations to become a part of your inner dialogue, empowering you to overcome depression and live a life of purpose and joy.”

Healing and Empowerment:

“Imagine yourself standing in front of a beautiful, shimmering mirror. As you look into the mirror, see yourself as a strong, capable, and loved individual. Repeat the following scripture: ‘I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.’ (Philippians 4:13) Allow these words to fill you with confidence and empowerment, knowing that you are not alone and that God is your rock and support.

“As you gaze into the mirror, imagine any negative self-talk or self-doubt being washed away, replaced by positive affirmations and self-love.

Repeat after me: ‘I am worthy of love, I am worthy of happiness, I am worthy of living a life of purpose and joy.’ (Psalm 139:14, Jeremiah 29:11) Allow these affirmations to become a part of your daily thoughts, guiding you toward a brighter, more hopeful future.”

Conclusion:

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine yourself feeling more grounded, more centered, and more at peace. Remember, you are not alone, and God is always with you, guiding and supporting you.

Repeat after me: ‘I am loved, I am valued, I am enough.’ (1 John 3:1, Psalm 139:14) Allow these words to stay with you, empowering you to overcome depression and live a life of purpose, joy, and fulfillment.

“When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a deep breath in, feeling refreshed, renewed, and revitalized. Remember to take care of yourself and seek support when needed. You are strong, capable, and loved, and you can overcome depression with the help of God and hypnotherapy.”

Post-Hypnotic Suggestion:

“Whenever you feel overwhelmed or struggling with depression, take a deep breath in, and repeat the following scripture to yourself: ‘For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’ (Jeremiah 29:11) Allow these words to comfort and reassure you, knowing that God is always with you, guiding and supporting you toward a brighter, more hopeful future.”

Sexual Dysfunction can be caused by depression and can be addressed with Hypnotherapy

See yourself letting go of any shame, guilt, or negative self-talk that may have been holding you back.

Here is a sample script for a hypnotherapy session focused on addressing sexual dysfunction caused by depression:

Title: “Reigniting Desire and Intimacy”

Induction:

“Welcome, and take a deep breath in. As you exhale, allow yourself to relax and let go of any tension or stress. Imagine yourself in a peaceful, calming environment, where you feel safe and supported.

“As you settle in, take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your eyes to gently close. Feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more calm with each breath. You are safe, and you are in control.

“Imagine yourself descending a peaceful staircase, with each step, feeling yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered. With each breath, repeat the phrase ‘I am relaxed’ to yourself, allowing the words to sink deep into your subconscious mind.”

Deepening:

“Imagine yourself in a beautiful, serene lake, surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers. Notice the sounds of nature around you, the gentle lapping of the water against the shore, and the songs of the birds. Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, and the gentle caress of the breeze.

“As you walk along the lake’s edge, notice the different flowers and plants that represent different aspects of your life. See the flowers of hope, the trees of resilience, and the sparkling water of emotional healing. Allow yourself to feel a sense of connection to this lake, and know that it represents the best version of yourself.”

Depression and Sexual Dysfunction:

“Now, imagine that you are holding a small, delicate box in your hands. This box represents your sexuality, your desire, and your intimacy. Notice how it feels, perhaps a little dim, a little dampened, or a little closed off.

“Imagine that you are gently opening the box, allowing the light of self-love, self-acceptance, and self-forgiveness to pour in. See the box filling with a warm, golden light, representing your inner strength, your resilience, and your capacity for healing.

“As you breathe in, imagine that you are absorbing this light, allowing it to nourish and revitalize your sexuality, your desire, and your intimacy. Repeat after me: ‘I am worthy of love and connection.’ ‘I trust in my ability to heal.’ ‘I am strong enough to overcome.’

“Imagine that with each breath, you are letting go of any shame, guilt, or negative self-talk that may have been holding you back. See yourself as a sexual being, worthy of pleasure, intimacy, and connection.”

Visualization:

“Now, imagine that you are in a loving, intimate situation with your partner. See yourself as connected, present, and fully engaged. Notice the sensations in your body, the feelings of pleasure and arousal.

“Imagine that you are fully absorbed in the moment, enjoying the sensations and the connection with your partner. See yourself as a sexual being, confident, relaxed, and fully present.

“As you visualize this scenario, repeat after me: ‘I am fully present in the moment.’ ‘I trust in my abilities.’ ‘I am worthy of pleasure and intimacy.'”

Counting and Awakening:

“Now, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly count backwards from five, feeling yourself becoming more alert and awake with each number. Five… four… three… two… one.

“When you are ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a deep breath in, feeling refreshed, renewed, and more connected to your sexuality and intimacy.”
