Welcome to this hypnotherapy session. Find a comfortable and relaxed position, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Allow yourself to let go of any tension or stress, and simply focus on my voice.

Induction

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. As you begin to descend, feel your body becoming heavier, your muscles releasing, and your mind quieting. With each step, repeat the phrase “I am relaxing” to yourself, allowing the words to sink deeper into your subconscious.

Deepening

Now, imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment – a beach, a forest, or a mountain meadow. Allow the sights, sounds, and sensations of this place to envelop you, calming your mind and soothing your body. As you breathe in, imagine fresh, clean air filling your lungs, and as you exhale, imagine any thoughts or worries leaving your body.

Therapeutic Suggestions

As you continue to relax, I want you to repeat the following phrases to yourself, allowing the words to sink deep into your subconscious:

“I respect the boundaries and autonomy of others, and I avoid forcing my will on them.”

“I trust that others are capable of making their own decisions, and I support their choices, even if they differ from my own.”

“I release the need to control or dominate others, and instead, I focus on building cooperative and harmonious relationships.”

“I am confident in my ability to communicate effectively and respectfully, and I assert myself in a clear and gentle way.”

Empathy and Understanding

Imagine yourself in a situation where you’re tempted to force your will on someone. See yourself taking a step back, and instead, trying to understand their perspective and feelings. Visualize the sense of empathy and compassion that arises when you put yourself in their shoes, and know that this understanding will help you build stronger, more harmonious relationships.

Collaborative Approach

Now, imagine yourself working together with others, sharing ideas and finding common ground. See yourself listening actively, asking open-ended questions, and expressing yourself clearly and respectfully. Feel the sense of cooperation and mutual respect that arises when you work together towards a common goal, and know that this approach will lead to more positive and productive outcomes.

Future Pacing

Imagine yourself in the future, facing various social situations and relationships. See yourself applying the principles of respect, empathy, and cooperation, and building strong, harmonious relationships as a result. Feel the sense of self-respect and confidence that comes with being able to navigate complex social situations with integrity and compassion.

Counting Up and Awakening

As you begin to come back to full awareness, take a deep breath in and out, and slowly open your eyes. Take a moment to notice how you feel, and know that you can return to this state of relaxation and cooperation whenever you need to.
