Week 1: Introduction to Hypnotherapy and Relaxation

* Hypnotherapy session: “Introduction to Hypnotherapy” and “Relaxation Techniques”

See yourself practicing anxiety management techniques, maintaining a consistent self-care routine, and repeating to yourself, ‘I am capable and confident, and I trust myself to maintain my progress and prevent relapse.'”
