Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll explore your relationship with gossip and connection. Allow yourself to settle in, getting comfortable and relaxed. “Now, visualize a bright, protective light surrounding you. This light represents your boundaries, your values, and your commitment to uplifting conversations. Whenever someone tries to engage you in gossip, imagine this light growing stronger, reminding you to stay true to yourself. Repeat to yourself, ‘I say NO to gossip that masquerades as connection. I choose conversations that uplift, inspire, and respect others.'”

Integration

“As you integrate this newfound awareness and confidence, imagine yourself navigating social situations with ease. You’re no longer drawn into gossip, and you’re no longer afraid of being left out. You’re free to engage in meaningful conversations, to connect with others on a deeper level, and to cultivate relationships that nourish your mind, heart, and soul.”
