Week 5:

“Imagine yourself managing triggers and setbacks, and feeling a sense of resilience and confidence. See yourself using a growth mindset and learning from setbacks, and repeating to yourself, ‘I am strong and capable, and I trust myself to manage challenges and setbacks’.”

Week 6:

“Imagine yourself maintaining progress and preventing relapse, and feeling a sense of pride and accomplishment.
