Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful, peaceful place, filled with loving energy. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this environment, noticing the sights, sounds, and sensations.
Here is a sample hypnotherapy script to help clients create a safe and loving inner space:
Induction
“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll have the opportunity to create a safe and loving inner space. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow any tension or anxiety to release from your body. Feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered with each breath.
Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, serene environment, surrounded by vibrant flowers, soothing music, and warm, comforting light. Allow yourself to settle into this tranquil space, letting go of any thoughts, worries, or concerns.
Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, repeat the phrase: ‘I am safe, I am relaxed, and I am worthy of love and acceptance.’ Allow these words to resonate deep within your heart, and feel the warmth of self-love spreading throughout your body.”
Deepening
“Allow yourself to settle deeper into this relaxed state, like sinking into a warm, comforting bath. Feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more peaceful with each breath.
Imagine a gentle, soothing breeze caressing your skin, whispering words of comfort, reassurance, and self-love. As you inhale, imagine this breeze filling your lungs with calm, peaceful energy. As you exhale, imagine any remaining tension or stress releasing from your body.
You’re now in a deep state of relaxation, where your subconscious mind is open to positive suggestions and guidance. Allow yourself to let go of any negative self-talk, self-doubt, or fear, and instead, focus on creating a safe and loving inner space.”
Creating a Safe and Loving Inner Space
“Imagine a warm, comforting light filling your heart, radiating outward, and enveloping your entire body. This light represents love, kindness, and compassion.
As you breathe in, imagine this light expanding, filling any areas of your body where you may be holding onto fear, anxiety, or stress. As you exhale, imagine any remaining negativity releasing, like autumn leaves falling from a tree.
Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful, peaceful place, filled with loving energy. This could be a beach, a forest, or a mountain meadow. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this environment, noticing the sights, sounds, and sensations.
As you stand in this peaceful place, repeat after me: ‘I am safe, I am loved, and I am worthy of inner peace.’ Allow these words to sink deep into your subconscious mind, and feel the sense of safety and love expanding within you.
Imagine a warm, comforting presence surrounding you, enveloping you in love and acceptance. This could be a guide, an angel, or a higher power. Allow yourself to feel the love and support of this presence, and know that you are never alone.
Repeat after me: ‘I trust myself, I trust the universe, and I trust that I am always safe and loved.’ Allow these words to become your inner mantra, guiding you towards greater self-love, self-trust, and inner peace.”
Reinforcement and Anchoring
“Take a moment to reflect on how you feel right now. Notice the sense of calm, the feeling of peacefulness, and the warmth of self-love.
As you continue to breathe deeply, anchor this feeling of safety and love. Imagine a small, golden anchor in your heart, reminding you that you are always safe, loved, and worthy of inner peace.
Whenever you need to access this feeling of safety and love, simply take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, repeat the phrase: ‘I am safe, I am loved, and I am worthy of inner peace.’ Feel this anchor strengthening, and know that you can return to this state of inner peace and self-love whenever you need it.”
Closing
“Take one final, deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly open your eyes. Notice how you feel, notice the subtle shift in your energy, and notice the sense of safety and love that now resides within you.
Remember, you are always safe, loved, and worthy of inner peace. You are deserving of love, kindness, and compassion, and you can always return to this peaceful, loving space whenever you need it.
Take one final, deep breath in, and as you exhale, know that you are free to live your life with confidence, with self-love, and with the knowledge that you are always safe and loved.”
