Releasing Cruelty
“Imagine a dark cloud in front of you, representing the cruelty and harshness that have been holding you back. See the cloud clearly, with its dark and dense texture.
Now, imagine a gentle rain beginning to fall, washing away the cloud and its negative energy. As the rain touches the cloud, imagine it slowly dissolving, leaving the air clear and fresh.
Repeat with me: ‘I release all cruelty and harshness. I let go of the need to judge or criticize. I choose to cultivate kindness and compassion.'”
Opening to Kindness
“Imagine a warm, golden light beginning to fill the space around you. This light represents kindness, empathy, and understanding.
