“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll cultivate patience and promote optimal physical and emotional health. Find a comfortable seated or lying position, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, serene environment, surrounded by calming sights and sounds. Allow yourself to let go of any tension or stress.
Deepening
“As you breathe in, imagine fresh, calming air filling your lungs. As you breathe out, imagine any stress, anxiety, or impatience leaving your body. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more patient.
Imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head. As this light travels down through your face, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, chest, abdomen, lower back, hips, legs, and feet, it dissolves any remaining tension or discomfort.
Patience and Physical Health
“Now, imagine yourself in a state of optimal physical health, where your body is strong, resilient, and vibrant.
Visualize yourself engaging in activities that bring you joy, feeling energized and motivated.
As you observe yourself in this state, repeat the following phrases to yourself:
‘I am patient and kind towards my body.’
‘I trust that my body is capable of healing and thriving.’
‘I choose to prioritize self-care and nourish my body with healthy habits.’
Emotional Health
“Imagine yourself in a state of emotional balance, where you feel calm, centered, and resilient.
Visualize yourself handling challenges with ease, responding thoughtfully, and feeling more confident.
As you observe yourself in this state, repeat the following phrases to yourself:
‘I am patient and understanding towards myself and others.’
‘I trust that I can manage my emotions and respond thoughtfully.’
‘I choose to prioritize self-care and nurture my emotional well-being.’
Anchoring
“As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine a small, peaceful anchor appearing in your mind’s eye. This anchor represents your patient and healthy state.
Whenever you feel impatient or stressed, imagine this anchor appearing before you. Visualize its peaceful, calming presence, and repeat the phrases to yourself once more.
Future Pace

Counting Up
