Here is a sample hypnotherapy script for preparation, hard work, and learning:
Title: “Preparation, Hard Work, and Learning with Hypnotherapy Script”
Induction:
“Welcome. Close your eyes, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax. Imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment, where you feel completely at ease.
