Imagine your body as a vibrant, radiant temple. Visualize any areas of pain, injury, or discomfort as shadows or clouds within this temple. Allow yourself to acknowledge these areas, but also remind yourself that you are safe, and that you are here to heal.

Here’s a sample hypnotherapy script for healing a broken body:

Induction

(Soft, calming music plays in the background)

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll embark on a journey of healing and recovery. Find a comfortable seated or lying position, with your back supported. Take a deep breath in through your nose, and out through your mouth. Allow your body to relax, starting from your toes, up to the top of your head.

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a peaceful lake on a calm summer day. With each breath, feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more at ease. As you inhale, imagine fresh, calming air filling your lungs. As you exhale, imagine any tension, pain, or discomfort leaving your body.”

Deepening

“Now, visualize a staircase leading down to a peaceful, serene place within yourself. With each step, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused. As you descend, repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am letting go, I am releasing, I am healing.’

Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine yourself reaching the bottom of the staircase. Here, you find a comfortable, safe space where you can let go of all your worries, fears, and doubts.”

Identifying the Broken Body

“Now, imagine your body as a vibrant, radiant temple. Visualize any areas of pain, injury, or discomfort as shadows or clouds within this temple. Allow yourself to acknowledge these areas, but also remind yourself that you are safe, and that you are here to heal.

Take a moment to breathe into these areas, imagining fresh, healing energy entering your body. As you exhale, imagine any tension, pain, or discomfort leaving your body.”

Healing and Restoration

“Imagine a brilliant, white light beginning to emanate from within you. This light represents your body’s natural healing abilities, and its capacity for restoration. As it grows, it starts to fill any areas of pain, injury, or discomfort, slowly repairing and healing them.

With each breath, imagine this white light expanding, filling any gaps, and soothing any pain. As it touches each affected area, imagine it dissolving, releasing, and healing. Repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘My body is strong, my body is resilient, my body is healing.’

Specific Healing (Optional)

“If there’s a specific area of your body that you’d like to focus on, take a moment to visualize it now. Imagine this area being filled with the white light, and as it does.

Repeat the following phrases:

* ‘My [insert specific area, e.g., knee, back, shoulder] is strong and healthy.’
* ‘I trust my body’s ability to heal and repair itself.’
* ‘I am worthy of feeling whole, complete, and pain-free.’

Empowerment and Affirmations

“Now, imagine yourself standing in a powerful, confident stance. You are strong, capable, and resilient.

Repeat the following affirmations to yourself, allowing the words to sink deeply into your mind:

* ‘I trust my body’s ability to heal and repair itself.’
* ‘I am worthy of feeling whole, complete, and pain-free.’
* ‘I can handle any challenge that comes my way.’
* ‘I am deserving of health, happiness, and fulfillment.’

Integration and Awakening

“As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine yourself slowly integrating the healed parts of your body. You are becoming whole, complete, and renewed. Take a moment to notice how you feel, noticing any shifts in your body, emotions, or thoughts.

When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a deep breath in, feeling refreshed, renewed, and more at peace.”

Post-Hypnotic Suggestion

“Remember, the healing and empowerment you experienced during this session can stay with you, long after this session is over. Whenever you need to access this sense of calm, confidence, and wholeness, simply take a deep breath, and recall the feeling of the white light filling your body.

Take one final, deep breath in, and when you’re ready, slowly return to your day, feeling more relaxed, more centered, and more empowered to heal and thrive.”
