Here’s a sample hypnotherapy script to help identify karmic debt:
Induction
“Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a peaceful lake on a warm summer day. With each breath, feel your body relax and your mind calm. Allow your eyes to gently close, and your body to let go of any tension or stress. You are safe, and you are relaxed.”
Deepening
“Now, imagine yourself descending a staircase, going deeper and deeper into relaxation with each step. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more open to the wisdom of your subconscious mind.”
Exploration

Regression
“Now, imagine yourself transported back in time to the origin of this pattern or issue. You may find yourself in a different lifetime, a past experience, or a symbolic scene. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this scenario, and take note of any details, emotions, or insights that emerge.
“As you explore this scene, ask yourself: ‘What did I learn from this experience?’ ‘What did I gain or lose?’ ‘What energies or patterns did I take with me from this experience?’ Allow the answers to emerge from your subconscious mind.”
Integration
“Take a deep breath, and as you exhale, imagine any remaining energy or patterns associated with this issue being released from your being. Imagine a bright, golden light filling the space, and know that you are free to move forward.
“Repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am free from the energies and patterns that no longer serve me.’ Allow this intention to resonate deeply within your being.
“When you are ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a deep breath. You are now back in your physical body, feeling calm, relaxed, and more connected to your higher self.”
Post-hypnotic Suggestions
“Remember, that you have the power to release and transcend any karmic debt that no longer serves you. Trust in your ability to access the wisdom of your subconscious mind, and know that you are worthy of living a life free from patterns and energies that hold you back.”
