Creative Visualization – Imagine a scene that implies that you have or are what you want to experience in the present moment.
Concentrate your thought power on the imagined scene only. It is most effective to imagine from a first-person perspective, just as you experience 3D reality. However, if doing so feels foreign to you, you can also imagine your ideal scene as if watching yourself in a movie from the outside and in time project your consciousness into the ‘you’ in the scene.
Here is a hypnotherapy script to help you imagine all your wishes fulfilled:
Induction
“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll discover the power of your imagination to manifest your desires. Get comfortable, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax. Feel the weight of your body sinking into the mattress, supported and cradled by the gentle embrace of gravity.
Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading down into a deeper state of relaxation. With each breath, take a step down, feeling your body relax, your mind calm, and your spirit soothe.
As you descend, repeat the phrase ‘I am relaxed, I am calm, I am at peace’ to yourself, allowing the words to sink deep into your subconscious.
Now, imagine yourself at the bottom of the staircase, surrounded by a warm, comforting light. This is your sanctuary, your place of deep relaxation. Allow yourself to settle in, feeling safe, supported, and at ease.”
Deepening
“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your eyelids to grow heavy, like weights are attached to them. Feel them droop, feel them close, and as they do, allow your entire body to relax even further.
Imagine a warm, soothing mist filling the room, seeping into your pores, and calming your nervous system. As you inhale, imagine this mist filling your lungs, and as you exhale, imagine any tension, any stress, any anxiety leaving your body.
Now, bring your attention to your toes. Yes, your toes. Feel them relax, feel them release any tension, any stress. As you exhale, imagine any remaining tension melting away, like snowflakes dissolving on warm skin.
Work your way up through your body, releasing any remaining tension, any stress, any anxiety. Allow your legs, your hips, your back, your shoulders, your arms, your hands, your neck, your jaw, and your face to completely relax.
You are now in a deep state of relaxation, ready to tap into the power of your imagination and manifest your desires.”
Imagining Wishes Fulfilled
“Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful, vibrant landscape, surrounded by everything you’ve ever wanted. See yourself achieving your goals, realizing your dreams, and living the life you’ve always imagined.
Visualize your wishes fulfilled, one by one. See yourself succeeding in your career, surrounded by abundance and prosperity. Imagine yourself in a loving relationship, filled with joy, laughter, and happiness.
Picture yourself in perfect health, with a strong, energetic body, and a clear, focused mind. See yourself traveling to exotic destinations, experiencing new cultures, and making unforgettable memories.
Imagine yourself surrounded by loving friends and family, feeling supported, appreciated, and loved. See yourself making a positive impact in the world, leaving a lasting legacy, and inspiring others to do the same.
As you imagine each of these scenarios, allow yourself to fully immerse in the feelings of joy, excitement, and satisfaction. Allow yourself to feel worthy, deserving, and grateful for all the good things in your life.

Affirmations
