Induction

“Welcome to this journey of joy and celebration. My voice will guide you through a peaceful and uplifting experience. Allow yourself to let go of any tension or stress you may be holding onto. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel your body relax and your mind calm.
Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful, vibrant garden, surrounded by colorful flowers and lush greenery. Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, and the gentle breeze rustling the leaves. With each breath, allow yourself to relax further, letting go of any thoughts or worries that may be present.
Now, imagine yourself becoming lighter, as if your feet are lifting off the ground. This sensation lifts your spirit, connecting you to the present moment. Allow yourself to feel carefree and playful, knowing that you are exactly where you need to be.
As you continue to breathe deeply, I want you to repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am free, I am light, I am joyful.'”
