Your spiritual self is full of power, omni-present, yet often hidden. Just like clouds can hide the sun and moon, your beliefs can hide your spirit and keep you disconnected from your power.
Beliefs are formed by your experiences from infancy, to childhood, to adulthood. Sometimes they are empowering (i.e. I trust I am supported). Sometimes they are limiting (i.e. I am not important) and keep you isolated from your highest self. Negative feelings often reveal an underlying negative belief as well as the opportunity to return to your spirit. Rewrite negative beliefs to regain power and redirect the story of your life.
Here’s a hypnotherapy script to help you connect with your spiritual self and recognize its omnipresence, unclouded by human beliefs:
Induction
(Soft, calming music plays in the background)
“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll connect with your spiritual self and experience its omnipresence. Find a comfortable seated or lying position, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a serene lake on a peaceful morning. Feel the gentle breeze on your skin, and the warm sun shining down on you. With each breath, allow your body to relax and your mind to quiet.”
Deepening
“As you breathe in, imagine fresh, calming energy entering your body. As you breathe out, imagine any tension, stress, or doubts leaving your body. Repeat this process, allowing yourself to relax further with each breath.
Imagine a warm, golden light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head. As this light travels down through your face, neck, and shoulders, it dissolves any remaining tension or resistance. This light continues to flow down through your arms, chest, abdomen, lower back, hips, legs, and finally, your toes.
You are now in a deep state of relaxation, where your subconscious mind is open and receptive to positive suggestions.”
Connecting with Your Spiritual Self
“Imagine a brilliant, white light above your head, representing your spiritual self. This light begins to grow brighter and more vibrant, filling your entire being with its divine presence.
As you inhale, imagine this light entering your crown chakra, filling your entire being with its omnipresent energy. As you exhale, imagine any limitations, fears, or doubts leaving your body, making space for your spiritual truth to emerge.
You are not just a human being; you are a spiritual being, omnipresent and eternal. Your spiritual self is always present, guiding and supporting you. Allow yourself to connect with this truth.”
Visualization
“Imagine yourself standing in a vast, open space, with no boundaries or limitations. You are one with the universe, and the universe is one with you.
See yourself as a being of pure light, radiating love, compassion, and wisdom. You are omnipresent, existing beyond the confines of space and time.
Notice that you are everywhere and nowhere at the same time. You are in every molecule, every cell, and every being. You are the universe, and the universe is you.
In this state, you see that your spiritual self is not limited by human beliefs or restrictions. You are free to explore, create, and experience life without boundaries.”
Affirmations
“Allow the following affirmations to sink deeply into your subconscious mind:

Counting Up
“When you’re ready, slowly begin to bring your attention back to your physical body. Take a few deep breaths, and as you exhale, imagine any remaining relaxation or calmness leaving your body.
Count slowly to yourself, from 1 to 5, and with each number, feel yourself becoming more alert and awake. When you reach 5, take a deep breath in, and when you’re ready, slowly open your eyes.”
