Induction
“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll learn to let go of negativity and cultivate a more positive, empowered mindset. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax, letting go of any tension or stress.
Imagine yourself in a peaceful, comforting place, where you feel safe and relaxed. This could be a beach at sunset, a forest glade, or a cozy room in your home. Take a moment to visualize this place, and allow yourself to fully immerse in its tranquility.
As you continue to breathe deeply, I’ll guide you through this session, and we’ll explore ways to overcome negativity, build confidence, and cultivate a more positive outlook on life.”
Deepening
“Now, imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light travels through your body, it relaxes each muscle, quieting your mind and calming your emotions.
With each breath, this light grows stronger, filling you with a sense of peace and tranquility. You feel your eyelids growing heavy, your shoulders releasing, and your heart rate slowing. You’re becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more serene with each passing moment.
Allow yourself to let go of any thoughts or worries, and simply focus on the sensation of this peaceful light filling your body.”
Visualization
“Imagine yourself in a situation where you feel negative, anxious, or fearful. It could be a specific event, a relationship, or a general feeling of uncertainty. Notice how you feel. Do you feel heavy, stuck, or helpless? Allow yourself to fully immerse in this feeling, and then take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine any negativity, anxiety, or fear leaving your body.
Now, imagine yourself standing tall, feeling confident, strong, and empowered. You’re surrounded by a warm, comforting light that’s repelling any negativity, anxiety, or fear. You’re repeating the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am strong, I am capable, and I am worthy of a positive, fulfilling life.’
Repeat this phrase to yourself several times, allowing the words to sink deep into your subconscious mind. Imagine the words becoming a part of your being, guiding your thoughts, emotions, and actions.”
Empowerment
“Imagine a sense of confidence and empowerment growing within you. You’re aware of your strengths, your accomplishments, and your positive qualities. You know that you have the power to overcome negativity, build confidence, and cultivate a more positive outlook on life.
As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am strong, I am capable, and I am worthy of a positive, fulfilling life.’ Allow these words to fill you with confidence and empowerment.
Now, imagine yourself making choices that align with your positive, empowered mindset. You’re taking control of your thoughts, emotions, and actions. You’re choosing to focus on the positive, to cultivate gratitude, and to surround yourself with people who uplift and support you.

Counting and Awakening
“As you continue to breathe deeply, I’ll count from 1 to 5, and when I reach 5, you’ll slowly, gently open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and filled with a more positive, empowered mindset.
1… Your body feels relaxed, your mind is calm, and your heart is at peace.
2… You’re aware of your breath, slow and steady, filling you with tranquility.
3… Your thoughts are clear, your emotions are balanced, and your spirit is confident.
4… You feel connected to yourself, to others, and to the world around you.
5… When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a deep breath in, carrying this sense of confidence and empowerment with you into your daily life.”
Remember, the goal of this script is to guide the client into a state of deep relaxation, where they can access their subconscious mind and develop the confidence and empowerment to overcome negativity and cultivate a more positive, fulfilling life.
