Creative Visualization – You must practice, practice, practice, which means repeat, repeat, repeat!

Set aside a time each day to visualize and imagine what you want to create. The most ideal time of day for creative visualization is once in the morning upon waking up and once in the evening before you go to sleep. Both these times are ideal because your mind is already in a semi-relaxed state, the state that the New Thought author Neville Goddard called a ‘state akin to sleep’ (SATS). Once you have mastered these six steps, you’ll see your life transforming in miraculous ways. Persist and have patience!

Here is a hypnotherapy script to help you practice visualization – repeat, repeat, repeat:

Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll discover the power of visualization. Get comfortable, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax. Feel the weight of your body sinking into the mattress, supported and cradled by the gentle embrace of gravity.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading down into a deeper state of relaxation. With each breath, take a step down, feeling your body relax, your mind calm, and your spirit soothe.

As you descend, repeat the phrase ‘I am relaxed, I am calm, I am at peace’ to yourself, allowing the words to sink deep into your subconscious.

Now, imagine yourself at the bottom of the staircase, surrounded by a warm, comforting light. This is your sanctuary, your place of deep relaxation. Allow yourself to settle in, feeling safe, supported, and at ease.”

Deepening

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your eyelids to grow heavy, like weights are attached to them. Feel them droop, feel them close, and as they do, allow your entire body to relax even further.

Imagine a warm, soothing mist filling the room, seeping into your pores, and calming your nervous system. As you inhale, imagine this mist filling your lungs, and as you exhale, imagine any tension, any stress, any anxiety leaving your body.

Now, bring your attention to your toes. Yes, your toes. Feel them relax, feel them release any tension, any stress. As you exhale, imagine any remaining tension melting away, like snowflakes dissolving on warm skin.

Work your way up through your body, releasing any remaining tension, any stress, any anxiety. Allow your legs, your hips, your back, your shoulders, your arms, your hands, your neck, your jaw, and your face to completely relax.

You are now in a deep state of relaxation, ready to practice visualization.”

Visualization

“Imagine yourself in a scenario where you are manifesting your desires. See yourself succeeding, see yourself achieving your goals. Visualize the sights, the sounds, the smells, the tastes, and the textures of this scenario.

Repeat the phrase ‘I am visualizing my desires, I am manifesting my goals’ to yourself, allowing the words to resonate deep within your being.

As you exhale, imagine any doubts, any fears, any worries dissolving into the background, leaving you with a sense of clarity, a sense of purpose, and a sense of direction.

Now, repeat the visualization process, repeating the phrase ‘I am visualizing my desires, I am manifesting my goals’ to yourself, allowing the words to resonate deep within your being.

Repeat this process several times, reinforcing the visualization, reinforcing the manifestation of your desires.

Remember, the key to manifestation is repetition, repetition, repetition. The more you visualize, the more you manifest. The more you repeat, the more you attract.”

Empowerment

“Now, imagine yourself taking a step forward, into the reality of manifesting your desires. See yourself fully embodying the sense of confidence, the sense of self-trust, and the sense of empowerment that comes with manifesting your goals.

As you breathe in, imagine the energy of manifestation filling your entire being, guiding you towards taking action, towards making your desires a reality.

Repeat the phrase ‘I am capable, I am worthy, I am deserving’ to yourself, allowing the words to resonate deep within your being.

Remember, you are capable of manifesting your desires. Trust in yourself, trust in your abilities, and know that you are deserving of achieving anything you set your mind to.”

Awakening

“When you are ready to awaken, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly open your eyes. Notice how you feel, notice the sense of empowerment, the sense of confidence, and the sense of excitement that fills your being.

Remember, the power of visualization is in repetition, repetition, repetition. Continue to visualize your desires, continue to manifest your goals, and know that you are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to.”
