Shadow Exploration

“Imagine a large, ornate mirror standing before you. This mirror represents your subconscious mind, reflecting aspects of yourself that may be hidden or suppressed. As you gaze into the mirror, notice the image that appears.

Now, imagine that your shadow parts begin to emerge from the mirror. These are aspects of yourself that you may have denied, repressed, or hidden, often due to fear, shame, or societal expectations.
