Induction
“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll have the opportunity to release negative patterns from your childhood. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow any tension or anxiety to release from your body. Feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered with each breath.
Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, serene environment, surrounded by vibrant flowers, soothing music, and warm, comforting light. Allow yourself to settle into this tranquil space, letting go of any thoughts, worries, or concerns.
Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, repeat the phrase: ‘I am safe, I am relaxed, and I am ready to let go.’ Allow these words to resonate deep within your heart, and feel the sense of peace and tranquility spreading throughout your body.”
Deepening
“Allow yourself to settle deeper into this relaxed state, like sinking into a warm, comforting bath. Feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more peaceful with each breath.
Imagine a gentle, soothing breeze caressing your skin, whispering words of comfort, reassurance, and release. As you inhale, imagine this breeze filling your lungs with calm, peaceful energy. As you exhale, imagine any remaining tension or stress releasing from your body.
You’re now in a deep state of relaxation, where your subconscious mind is open to positive suggestions and guidance. Allow yourself to let go of any negative patterns, habits, or beliefs that may be holding you back, and instead, focus on releasing the negative influences of your childhood.”
Releasing Negative Patterns
“Imagine yourself as a child, in a situation where you felt scared, anxious, or threatened. See yourself in this situation, but this time, imagine a warm, comforting light surrounding you, protecting you, and keeping you safe.
Repeat after me: ‘I release all negative emotions, all fears, and all anxieties from my childhood.’ Allow these words to sink deep into your subconscious mind, and feel the sense of release and freedom spreading throughout your body.
Imagine any negative patterns, habits, or beliefs that may have developed as a result of your childhood experiences, melting away like ice in the sun. See yourself free from these negative influences, and feeling more confident, more self-assured, and more empowered.

Reinforcement and Anchoring
“Take a moment to reflect on how you feel right now. Notice the sense of release, the feeling of freedom, and the sense of empowerment that now resides within you.
As you continue to breathe deeply, anchor this feeling of release. Imagine a small, golden anchor in your heart, reminding you of your ability to release negative patterns and live your life with joy and fulfillment.
Whenever you need to access this feeling of release, simply take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, repeat the phrase: ‘I release all negative emotions, all fears, and all anxieties.’ Feel this anchor strengthening, and know that you can return to this state of freedom and empowerment whenever you need it.”
