Deepening

“As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine yourself descending a staircase, with each step, feeling yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered. With each step, repeat the phrase: ‘I am letting go, I am releasing, I am surrendering.’

Now, imagine yourself at the bottom of the staircase, surrounded by a warm, soothing light. This light represents your subconscious mind, and it’s here to guide you, support you, and empower you.

Take a moment to acknowledge this light, and as you do, repeat after me: ‘I trust my subconscious mind, I trust my inner wisdom, and I trust the process.'”

Reframing Approval

“Now, bring to mind the concept of approval. What does it mean to you? What does it look like, feel like, and sound like? Take a moment to reflect on your answer.

Notice how your mind might be telling you that you need the approval of others to feel worthy, to feel valued, or to feel loved. But what if I told you that your worth, your value, and your lovability come from within? What if I told you that you are already enough, just as you are?

Imagine yourself releasing the need for approval. Imagine yourself letting go of the constant seeking of validation, the constant need for likes, comments, and shares. Repeat after me: ‘I release the need for approval, I release the fear of rejection, and I release the belief that others define my worth.’

Now, imagine yourself embracing a new perspective on approval. Imagine yourself feeling confident, feeling worthy, and feeling loved, regardless of what others think or say. Repeat after me: ‘I am enough, I am worthy, and I am loved, just as I am.'”

Anchoring and Reinforcement

“Take a moment to anchor this new perspective on approval into your subconscious mind. Imagine yourself doing something that brings you joy, something that makes you feel alive, and something that fills you with a sense of purpose.

As you visualize yourself in this scenario, repeat after me: ‘I am enough, I am worthy, and I am loved, just as I am.’ Allow these words to sink deep into your subconscious mind, and know that they will guide you, support you, and empower you on your journey.

3… You’re remembering the insights, the wisdom, and the new perspective on approval that you’ve gained during this session.
