Let Go of your feelings of Guilt, Shame, and Dissatisfaction with Hypnotherapy

With the power if your mind you are reminded of your inner strength and resilience, and may you always walk in the light of forgiveness, acceptance, and self-love.

Here is a hypnotherapy script to help let go of feelings of guilt, shame, and dissatisfaction:

Induction

Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Allow yourself to relax, feeling the tension melt away from your body.

Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, serene landscape. With each breath, feel your body relax and unwind, letting go of all worries and concerns.

Deepening

As you inhale, imagine fresh, calming energy filling your lungs. As you exhale, imagine any tension or stress leaving your body. Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation, feeling heavier and more relaxed with each breath.

Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet, deep into the earth, anchoring you in stability and security. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more grounded and centered.

Releasing Guilt

Now, bring your attention to any feelings of guilt that may be present in your body. Imagine these feelings as a heavy, grey cloud surrounding your heart. As you exhale, imagine this cloud beginning to dissipate, releasing its weight and burden.

Repeat the following phrase to yourself, allowing the words to sink deep into your subconscious mind:

“I release all feelings of guilt and self-blame. I am free to move forward, unencumbered by the past.”

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine this cloud disappearing, leaving your heart feeling light and freed from the weight of guilt.

Releasing Shame

Next, bring your attention to any feelings of shame that may be present in your body. Imagine these feelings as a dark, heavy stone weighing you down. As you exhale, imagine this stone crumbling, releasing its hold on you.

Repeat the following phrase to yourself, allowing the words to resonate deeply within you:

“I release all feelings of shame and self-doubt. I am worthy of love, acceptance, and forgiveness.”

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine this stone dissolving, leaving your heart feeling lighter and more at peace.

Releasing Dissatisfaction

Now, bring your attention to any feelings of dissatisfaction that may be present in your life. Imagine these feelings as a bitter, sticky residue coating your entire being. As you exhale, imagine this residue dissolving, releasing its grip on you.

Repeat the following phrase to yourself, allowing the words to empower you:

“I release all feelings of dissatisfaction and discontent. I am grateful for the present moment and trust in my ability to create a fulfilling life.”

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine this residue melting away, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.

Integration

Take a moment to imagine these feelings of guilt, shame, and dissatisfaction fully released and dissipated, leaving you feeling lighter, freer, and more at peace.

As you slowly open your eyes, take a deep breath, and remember that you are free to live your life without the burden of these negative emotions. You are worthy of forgiveness, acceptance, and love.

Final Reminder

Remember to reinforce this release regularly, using this script or simply taking a few deep breaths and focusing on your heart center. Trust that you have the power to create a life filled with purpose, meaning, and joy.

May this hypnotherapy script serve as a reminder of your inner strength and resilience, and may you always walk in the light of forgiveness, acceptance, and self-love.

Deals with Painful Feelings with Hypnotherapy

Imagine yourself responding to challenging situations with confidence, with courage, and with resilience. Imagine yourself facing painful feelings with ease, with acceptance, and with compassion.

Here is a script for a hypnotherapy session to help deal with painful feelings:

Induction

(Help the client relax and enter a trance state)

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax. Feel your muscles letting go of any tension or stress. Imagine yourself sinking deeper into relaxation with each breath.

Imagine you’re floating on a cloud, gently drifting upwards, feeling lighter and more relaxed with each passing moment. As you continue to breathe deeply, allow your eyelids to grow heavy, and your eyes to slowly close.

You’re feeling more relaxed, more calm, and more at peace with each passing moment. Allow yourself to let go of any thoughts, any worries, and any concerns. You’re safe, you’re calm, and you’re relaxed.”

Deepening

(Deepen the trance state and create a sense of safety)

“Now, I want you to imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment. It could be a beach, a forest, or a cozy room in your home. Wherever it is, allow yourself to fully immerse in this place.

Notice the sights, sounds, and sensations of this place. Notice how good it feels to be here, surrounded by peace and calm. With each breath, allow yourself to feel more relaxed, more centered, and more grounded in this peaceful place.

As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am safe, I am calm, I am relaxed.'”

Painful Feelings

(Address the issue of painful feelings and promote positive change)

“Now, bring to mind the painful feelings that you’ve been experiencing. Perhaps it’s sadness, anger, or frustration. Whatever it is, allow yourself to acknowledge it, and allow yourself to feel it.

Imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light spreads, allow yourself to let go of any painful emotions, any stressful thoughts, and any uncomfortable sensations.

Repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am strong, I am capable, I am resilient.’

Imagine yourself responding to challenging situations with confidence, with courage, and with resilience. Imagine yourself facing painful feelings with ease, with acceptance, and with compassion.

Remember, painful feelings are a natural part of life, but you have the power to choose how you respond to them. You have the power to let go, to forgive, and to heal.”

Reinforcement

(Reinforce positive change and confidence)

“As you continue to breathe deeply, allow yourself to fully integrate this newfound confidence into your daily life. Imagine yourself facing challenges with ease, with confidence, and with resilience.

Remember, you’re not limited by your past, you’re not limited by your fears, and you’re not limited by your doubts. You have the power to choose how you respond to any situation. You have the power to let go, to forgive, and to heal.

Repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I trust myself, I trust my choices, and I trust my ability to heal.’

As you slowly begin to open your eyes, take with you the knowledge that you are strong, you are capable, and you are resilient. Remember to breathe deeply, to stay grounded, and to trust yourself, no matter what.”

Awakening

(Help the client come out of trance state and return to a state of full awareness)

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly begin to open your eyes. Notice how you’re feeling, notice how your body is feeling, and notice how your emotions are feeling.

Take a moment to acknowledge the confidence and resilience that you’ve accessed during this session. Remember, it’s always available to you, whenever you need it.

As you go about your day, take with you the confidence, the courage, and the resilience that you’ve accessed during this session. Remember to breathe deeply, to stay grounded, and to trust yourself, no matter what.”
