Hello, and welcome to this hypnotherapy session. My name is [Therapist’s Name], and I’ll be guiding you through this process. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax and let go of any tension or stress you may be feeling.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, and with each step down, you’re becoming more and more relaxed. Your muscles are releasing their tension, your mind is calming, and your body is feeling heavier and heavier.

As you continue down the staircase, notice the numbers on the walls, counting down from 10 to 1. With each number, you’re becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused.

See yourself being more creative, innovative, and resourceful in your work and personal life. Imagine the sense of mental well-being and clarity that comes with being able to think clearly and make wise decisions.
