Here is a hypnotherapy script to help you be present in the moment:

Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll tap into your inner calm and become present in the moment. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow any tension or distractions to leave your body.

Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, serene environment, surrounded by symbols of mindfulness and presence. With each breath, feel your body relaxing, letting go of any stress or uncertainty.

As you breathe in, imagine fresh, calming energy entering your mind and body. As you exhale, repeat after me: ‘I am open, I am receptive, I am ready to be present in the moment.'”

Deepening

“As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine yourself walking through a doorway of awareness, with each step representing a new sense of clarity and focus. With each step, feel yourself becoming more present, more mindful, and more fully engaged in the moment.

Trust that you’re moving closer to unlocking the secrets of your inner peace and becoming present in the moment. You are the master of your own destiny, and you will live each moment with intention and purpose.

Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, repeat after me: ‘I am present, I am mindful, I am fully engaged.'”

Being Present in the Moment

Step 1. Focus on the process, not the outcome: When we focus on the outcome, we are more likely to become discouraged or anxious if we don’t see immediate results. Instead, focus on the process of practicing and enjoying the journey.

Step 2. Be present in the moment: When we are practicing, it is important to be fully present in the moment. This means paying attention to our bodies, our thoughts, and our feelings. If we are distracted by the past or the future, we will not be able to fully engage in the practice.
