Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session. Allow yourself to relax, take a deep breath in, and exhale slowly. As you breathe out, feel your body relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes. Imagine yourself in a peaceful, calm environment, where you feel safe and comfortable.

Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your eyelids to become heavy, feeling them droop, and your eyes feeling calm. Your body is relaxing, and your mind is quieting down. You’re entering a state of deep relaxation, where you’re open to positive suggestions and changes.

Deepening

“Imagine yourself walking down a staircase, with each step, you’re going deeper and deeper into relaxation. With each step, your mind becomes quieter, and your body becomes more relaxed. You’re letting go of all tension, all worries, and all doubts. You’re embracing a sense of calmness and clarity.

“As you reach the bottom of the staircase, you find yourself in a peaceful meadow. The sun is shining, birds are singing, and you feel completely at ease. You’re safe, and you’re relaxed.

Releasing Cognitive Biases

“Now, imagine all cognitive biases, all distorted thinking patterns, and all unhelpful beliefs, gathered in front of you. See them as dark clouds, swirling around. As you watch, these clouds start to dissipate, breaking apart, and disappearing into thin air.

“Repeat after me: ‘I release all cognitive biases, all distorted thinking patterns, and all unhelpful beliefs. I choose to see things clearly, without judgment or prejudice.'”

Visualization

Idea Generation
